Heavy weights or ADS---which is better for length
I am curious if anyone has opinions on whether hanging with significant weights (over 5 or 10 lbs) or an ADS is better for length gains. I am doing manual stretches now, for the past week, seen weird stuff happen……sometimes longer erections already, yet sometimes shorter than normal erections also (WTF!?). I am worried manual stretching wont be enough in the long run (pun intended).
I have been saving up money, and am thinking of getting one or the other (a BIB or an ADS), but need your opinions/guidance as to what you think will work better for length gains (I gain girth easily and fast with just hand jelqs).
