Heated Bib Hanger

Background… I was having swelling while hanging and you gave some sound reasons for which I have made many adaptions with much success. Most of the problems were the result of adjusting the BH properly. I still get a little swelling but is gone by the AM.
My new routine is to go a little to the extreem side of things. I use a heating pad for about 15 - 20 munites heating the whole crotch area while I do my upper body workout. I then hang for exactly 20 minutes with 16 lbs and remove the hanger and wrap it (the BH) in the heating pad for 10 - 15 minutes which warms it up real good. I leave my wraping on and let it rest for this period. After this first set I start to feel the ligs pull a little.
Then I put the warmed BH on and do another 20 minute set and this time I get a real good stretch as there is a fair bit of discomfort in the lig area on both sides and in the pubic area. I also noticed that my penis still stays pinkish and not a bluish colour that it did before the warm BH.
After another 10 - 15 min warmup of the BH I hang again but this time only until the discomfort is too much. This last time I could only go for 15 minutes. I would then jelk and get a little flacid size back up.
All three sets I split 10 minutes standing up and 10 minutes sitting on a chair in order to change the angles a little. I have gotten my first gaines in 6 months at 1/8 inch and that was in December.
