I am focused on girth right now.
I have started to wear a leather cockstrap behind the balls at night. I am a light sleeper so I naturally wake up and check things every hour or so. My penis is very conditioned for girth work. I clamp 4 -5 sets, 8 -10 minutes each before bed.
Conservatively speaking, I have noticed a permanent gain of 1/8” and a temporary gain of 1/8-3/16” since starting the nightly sessions.
So, I use clamping to create the gains, and the cockring as an ADS (ANS). I also take L-Arginine which I am very sensitive to.
I have worn this cockstrap much tighter during intercourse for 30-45 minutes. At max tightness it does start to get a little uncomfortable.
With the tightness I wear at night, I rely on nightly erections (and the L-Arginine) to create the expansion. I don’t know if this is normal, but I have an erection all night, every night. When I wake up to check I am usually very impressed at the engorgement. At this tightness during waking hours I would lose my erection.
I have not experienced any discoloration. I do use Arnica gel, two or three times a day.
Hope this gives you some ideas. I believe that this method could help length gains however my experience is that when seriously working length, my nightly erections suffer.
