Does anybody know the time frame it takes for your dick to heal while in the extended state? You’ll hang at a bigger weight, go down in succession, and go for as much as your time allows. But what is the time it takes to heal the controlled damage when you want to keep it in the extended state?

Sounds like you’re asking “How long will it take me to gain “x” inches?” This varies for everyone depending on recovery ability.

Back in ‘03 - ‘04 we figured, after taking a sampling of member’s stats from the PE Data Site and graphing them, that a dedicated, successful PE enthusiast should gain about an inch in a year, with the gain rate diminishing after that time.

No, actually, I wasn’t wondering how long it will take to gain. I wanted to figure out how long I would need to keep my dick in an extended state during the day, via PE weights or manual stretching, etc. I do know, however, that if you keep it in an extended state while healing, the gains are more likely to come. I just wanted to know how long it took your dick to heal, so that I could have a time frame to keep it in the extended state. Yes, I know everyone is different. And I’ve known about the inch a year figure.

For example: “you would need to keep your dick in the extended state for 1 hour, following a PE workout, so that the stretched portions can heal in that extended state.”-just a guess.

And also…are there any ADS techniques for when you are asleep?

Yeah, they’re the same as when you’re awake only dangerous, and not advisable.

I use a night time ADS. I hang a light weight off the edge of my bed while I sleep. Sometimes I turn around and sleep with my head at the foot of the bed and hang over the shoulder to stretch up.

It is not dangerous since the weight is light it does not require a tight wrap around my dick, so I get plenty of circulation.

Also, sometimes I wear an ADS traction wrap with a heat pad overnight.

As you said everyone is different. I’ve heard 48 hours and I’ve heard 100 hours. I’ve known guys who have healed in what seems like 24 hours the point is that you need to figure out what your healing cycle is. Exactly how you go about that I have no definitive answer. Perhaps others have some good ideas. I just made it a principle not to go over 12 hours without an extended ADS application or another hanging session. The variables are great. How fast an individual will have colgen deposited on damaged ligs is influenced by age and general over all health.

I am focused on girth right now.

I have started to wear a leather cockstrap behind the balls at night. I am a light sleeper so I naturally wake up and check things every hour or so. My penis is very conditioned for girth work. I clamp 4 -5 sets, 8 -10 minutes each before bed.

Conservatively speaking, I have noticed a permanent gain of 1/8” and a temporary gain of 1/8-3/16” since starting the nightly sessions.

So, I use clamping to create the gains, and the cockring as an ADS (ANS). I also take L-Arginine which I am very sensitive to.

I have worn this cockstrap much tighter during intercourse for 30-45 minutes. At max tightness it does start to get a little uncomfortable.

With the tightness I wear at night, I rely on nightly erections (and the L-Arginine) to create the expansion. I don’t know if this is normal, but I have an erection all night, every night. When I wake up to check I am usually very impressed at the engorgement. At this tightness during waking hours I would lose my erection.

I have not experienced any discoloration. I do use Arnica gel, two or three times a day.

Hope this gives you some ideas. I believe that this method could help length gains however my experience is that when seriously working length, my nightly erections suffer.

I use monkey bars hanger as a nighttime ADS now and it absolutely is not dangerous if you are only using a light tension. Because it is a vacuum hanger, it does not restrict any blood flow, with a light band or rubber hose. The kind you use for excercising etc, you do not even know you have it on.

Are we “damaging” the ligs by stretching/hanging/etc? I don’t mean to get to the point of injured.

Thanks for your information, and with the additional information I got from - Vac-extender under pants, I’ll try MB’s extender with tight pants people use for bicycling at night.
