I’ve been practicing with light weights for a while, off and on, learning the technique before I use heavier weights. I’ve been getting better at keeping some blood in the shaft above the hanger, just below the head, while keeping blood out of the head. I can really feel the stretch in the internal structure now, rather than the skin. The only problem I have when using a little blood as a “shoulder” for the hanger to rest on is that my penis seems to only sit in a ‘spun around’ position once weight has been applied, Rotated either left or right. (There is a crudely drawn picture to show what I mean). I don’t see much harm in it so far, since the internal structure is being stretched, but I cant’ help but wonder why this always happens. I get the same effect when I have jelqued in the past too. If I keep a lot of skin near the head when I hang, it won’t happen, but all I feel is skin stretch then. I prefer the ‘shoulder’ method. Any one else deal with this? Any suggestions?

BTW, I use theraband and regular BIB, mostly SO. Monty’s golf style weights for ADS afterwords.

Twisting is not something you should ignore. If your dick is aligned in the hanger an AFB, BIB or similar hanger will put pressure on the sides of your dick, which leads your nerves to be out of harm’s way. When there’s significant twisting the sides will put pressure on your nerves which obviously can be dangerous.

Thanks for the replies,
The alignment with the hanger seems to NOT be the issue, I’ll explain. I can move the twist in either direction AFTER the hanger has been applied, and the twist only happens when there is weight on it. You might say the hanger isn’t tight enough, but I don’t know how to actually grasp the inner structure with the hanger, the skin does not seem to move and twist, just the inner structure beneith it. I’m not sure if I can get it tighter, but I’ll try. It’s really an odd phenomenon.

Really, other than the twist effect, I’m finding the hanging to be quite effective and I may up the weight within 12 months.

When erect do you have uneven girth or length of the cc’s? Or a curve or twist?
