Head spinning on shoulders ??
I’ve been practicing with light weights for a while, off and on, learning the technique before I use heavier weights. I’ve been getting better at keeping some blood in the shaft above the hanger, just below the head, while keeping blood out of the head. I can really feel the stretch in the internal structure now, rather than the skin. The only problem I have when using a little blood as a “shoulder” for the hanger to rest on is that my penis seems to only sit in a ‘spun around’ position once weight has been applied, Rotated either left or right. (There is a crudely drawn picture to show what I mean). I don’t see much harm in it so far, since the internal structure is being stretched, but I cant’ help but wonder why this always happens. I get the same effect when I have jelqued in the past too. If I keep a lot of skin near the head when I hang, it won’t happen, but all I feel is skin stretch then. I prefer the ‘shoulder’ method. Any one else deal with this? Any suggestions?
BTW, I use theraband and regular BIB, mostly SO. Monty’s golf style weights for ADS afterwords.
