A Bib hanger - It will add length (no dobt) but, logically, you might loose in width and girth… Guys using it and really having gained in length, please tell me, is everything OK with width and girth?

I gained 1.25” length from hanging (I also jelq) I have continued to gain girth. (I have gained .75” overall)

If anything hanging often adds girth to the base.

Personally I believe that this is caused because hanging stretches the tunic as well as the ligs…..if the tunic is stretched it naturally can hold more blood there for increasing girth as well as length.

nice gains…..what time frame did you gain in, what angles did you use etc. what type of erection angle did you have prior to PE, what type of routine did you use??…..share with us brother.

People who post gains should come out more often and share what worked for them…..it’s the only way we get more info on this new field.

Sorry about that……I have my whole routine posted over on the PE forum.

PM work out:
30min intense jelging - 10 sets of uli’s - 10 30sec pan squeeze every other day.

On the off days I do 10-15min jelqing - 5sets of uli’s - 5 30sec pan squeeze.

AM work out: I do a DLD blaster variation using a bib hanger.

Then I do V stretches during the day every time I use the bathroom.

As for angles on the hanging……..I do turn my penis on it’s side to stretch each lig seperately for 10reps (of 5sec kegel/5sec rev kegel)…..I do 50-70sets.

My erection angle has always been 90degrees…..it has remained that way even with hanging.

I gained 1”L X .5”G back in 99’-2000 in (aprox) 3months. (did PE for a year - no gains 1st 3months ….then gained…..then no gains for next 6months) I then took well over a year off.

I’ve been back to PE for 2 months and have gained .25”L X .25”G in that time with the routine I mentioned above.

My old routine consited of 3 20min sets of hanging w/ a home made bib hanger…..always standing. then 30min of jelqing and some ulies…..I did this (I believe it was) 2-3days on then one day off.

Yes that was my old routine……….I believe my max weight was 12lbs with the home made bib hanger.

The weight I work with now is 11.25lbs……..but I am doing fulcrum hangs which put more stress on the ligs…….if I didn’t do the fulcrum hangs I could probably go to 15 with out too much trouble.

could you explain the fulcrum stretch with the hanger…..i understand the DLD blaster and the JAI, is the fulcrum just like a JAI or what?

I attach the bib and the weight(while standing)……then I take hold of my penis between the bib and my pubic bone and lift up with 2 fingers and hold it there. This creates a “fulcrum”….makes my penis into an upsidedown V…..

Pretty similar to what is done in the DLD blaster. I found that I (personally) feel more of a lig stretch when I do this standing then when I am sitting.

I actually turn my penis on its side before I lift up……first the right side (for 10sets of 5sec kegel/5sec rev kegel) then the left side. When I do this I can feel the ligs on the sides stretching individually. I have only been doing this for 1-2weeks.

What is the JAI?

Is it better to stand when hanging? Do u suggest I should do that instead of sitting? I do DLD blasters with hanging while stadning, then I sit down. Maybe I should do it standing instead, what do u suggest thx?

Personally I tried doing them sitting and didn’t feel the ligs stretching as much as when I do them standing. This may just be me.

Also when I’m standing I move my hips just a little and get the weight “swinging” in a small circular motion. This seems to bring on the “burn” I feel in my ligs much faster then if the weight remains motionless. If you try this, please go easy………just a small amount of consistant motion does the trick……..if you get to much momentum going you could get hurt.

Sitting/Standing Combo

I do something similar to Sean. I actually start out sitting the first 10 minutes of each set, with the weight over the front edge of the chair and the chair leaned back. Then I stand the second half of the set, with some time spent leaning forward and some time spent standing straight up or leaning back (also lean to each side). That gives a better stretch, for me, in different directions. While standing, I alternate swinging the weight gently back and forth, then side to side, and also do some careful, gentle circular swings. This gives me a pretty good workout.
