Have hangers actually gained?
Just started hanging. So, I’m curious if hangers have actually gained and how much?
I’ve gained a small amount from jelqing and stretching but I’m uncertain as my measuring proceedures have changed. I push the ruler harder against the bone from when I first started 10 months ago. I’m going for at least a healthy 8 inches as a goal. I’m getting pretty bored with the whole PE thing and hanging is my last resort.
