Has anyone tried changing angulation vertically?

Has anyone tried changing angulation vertically?

I kinda thought about this today when i was hangin. What about using a stand and pulley above where you sit so you are getting pulling from 45 degrees or so or maybe using 2 pulleys to make a straight up 90 pull. (i say 2 pulleys to get the weight away from where you sitting in case of accident it wont smash everything you worked for literally. I know people have talked about right to left angles but other up and down ones i havent really seen mentioned. This is a practical idea for me being there is a loft in my room that i usually sit below.

Id just like to hear if this is a good idea and will hit other ligaments or something in a different way to cause different stress which is desired.

I think 45 degree’s is good, straight up I don’t know how that will affect the glans though. I think tackling the dick is like perhaps tackling weight training different exercises stressing different parts of the muscle or dick in this case.

A weight bench with an overhead lat pulley works well for hanging a variety of angles from BTC to straight up by standing, or laying face up or face down on the bench. You can also get various horizontal angles by standing perpendicular to the pulley. You can buy these benches in most sporting goods stores for under $100. As a bonus, you can also use the bench to work out the rest of your body!

Remember if you do pulleys will pull some of the weight for you so don’t be surprised if you have to use higher weight to get the same stretch.

I can say i tried 45 degrees last night and it feels pretty good, i think i might do a normal hang and a 45 degree for 20 min. each and see where i get in a month

That would only be true if the weight is attached to the pulley and the other end of the cable is fixed. However, if the weight is attached to the end of the cable, then the force on your hanger will be equal to the weight attached to the other end of the cable.

According to my statics mechanics class it should all be the same tension. I can see what your saying if there is small unconcious moving and you arent aware and a friction is set up on the pulley against the weight hanging down. Or are you trying to say that at the 45 degree angle or OTS its natural to tolerate a higher amount initally when you start a cycle?

It really is irrelevant. What matters is if the weight you are using gets you into a fatigued state, whether the pulley takes any stress or not.
