Has anyone actually gained length with the LG Hanger or at least another Vac Hanger

By gained I mean gains that couldn’t be attributed to normal fluctuation or increased EQ. So 1” or over at least.

RandomGiant and Ironaddict69 gained with a vacuum hanger, if my memory serves.

I’ve gained an inch (7x5.25 to 8x5.5) in 4 months primarily using monkeybar’s vac hanger with heat, his xsleeve ADS, and manual exercises. To be fair, some of those gains are newbie gains, but not all. I try to do 60 hours of hang time a month in the SO position with 10 lbs.

I browsed the forum quite a lot searching on hanging and rarely came across decently successful vac hangers.

I’ll check the guys marinera mentioned .

The ADS and Manuel exercises do a lot for length, but I guess the hanger would have to be helping out a little. well done on your gains :)

Bib’s the expert on hanging, but I found that Firegoat’s emphasis on heat is really important too. Heat makes the ligs/tunica/septum much more pliable and easy to stretch.

As for vac hangers, I know of 3 commonly used devices The cheapest is making your own with a LeLuv cylinder from EBay. In the middle is a vac hanger from monkeybar. Most expensive is the LG Hanger. I don’t think you save a lot of money with the LeLuv, since you need a cylinder, a sealing sleeve, and some microform tape to protect your glans from blisters. I’ve been happy with monkeybar’s product. But I get the best gains when I put in the time to fatigue my cock every day and use heat.

I gained 1/4” in around 4 months of vac-hanging. It was after gaining around 1.25” in the year previous so it definitely wasn’t newbie gains or EQ gains.

At what weight? When did you move up to that weight, and how long did you wear this weight? I was just wondering, because I’ve been hanging for about 6 weeks at 7.5#’s, and I’m thinking about going up to 10#’s tonight.

I gained an inch in around 6 months if memory serves me correct. I gained half an inch in my first year doing a newbie routine on a site that doesn’t exist anymore. I didn’t gain anything for 2 years after that even though I was doing PE religiously and doing heavy manual work. Switched to vacuum hanging and it took off again. Back then we didn’t know of taping the glans. I know for certain if I knew what I know now my gains would have been much better and easier. Since then my schedule has been chaotic after college so there are many periods of where I start and stopped again. I’m back at it now and hope to make my final goal of 8 soon. I started with the max-Vac and currently use the LG.

To far of a jump in weight. I have 1 1/4 lbs weight plates from the 70’s I use but there are many other ways of adding only a pound or two at a time. Also the level of vacuum, how long of a set, the setup of the device, taping and tissue conditioning must all be taken into account. Its as much an art as a science

Okay, thanks man. I went ahead and tried it. It wasn’t too bad. I saw 1 1/4 #’s on the internet. I can increase it by .5#’s, I just have to get a high enough stool, so the weights won’t hit the ground. Thank for your advice.j

I’m using the LG too. What’s the max weight you think you can hang w/ that? Thanks a lot for the info.

Its been tested up to 25 lbs though I’m not sure of the duration but it can handle allot of weight and is very well made. With my current setup I don’t think I’ll have any problems eventually getting up to that weight, though I think it would take me a very long time and I’m trying to progress slow since coming back to it. I’m now up to 10 lbs after a month and a half back and will be adding around a pound every week or two until deep fatigue is consistent. I’m hypothesizing for me that will be around the 13-15 lbs mark.

I’m cut and by looking at my signature and this thread posted below, specifically post # 25 you can see how I now setup. I now use a shoe lace instead of the Velcro wrap to better constrict the sleeve on my shaft. I haven’t changed the sleeve yet and I’ve had it over a year. Also I believe the company is now making their own sleeves and are using a formula that has made them even more durable.

Thanks Longerstretch, I’ll have to create an account with this forum. I’ve been seeing your links for quite some time now. One last question, I saw some girth bands in a sex shop. I was thinking about adding this to my ADS, post hanging to prevent turtling. Do you have any preventatives for that? I still have yet to pump afterwards, but I’m afraid it would hinder lengthening?

I have tried the X-sleeves from autoextender and really like them, especially when I’m active like at the gym. I’ve tried almost every ADS out there and the best in my opinion happen to be the most comfortable and cheapest. Thats the golf weights / pe weights or the VLC Tugger. I haven’t been using either here lately because I stay on the go but I’m working on bringing them back into my routine.
