Well, there have only been periods where I hung several sets, I think the most time allocated in any given week was just shy of 9 hrs. I think I saw an 1/8, but not sure. I know I was 6.5 bpel when I start hanging, but once I measured a few times during the summer, I was 6.75.
Anyways, even while hanging multiple sets, I had a lot of problems hanging after my 3rd or 4th set, due to my excess skin (I am uncut). I have tried so many variations of re-wrapping, btb jelqing, or w/e I did to get an erection (watch porn) between sets, so I can get blood flowing, my and penis would inflate with the wrap one, which I thought was cool, lol. But, having the extra skin was tricky. I was thinking of splitting up the sets, half in the morning, and the rest at night, but since I live with my parents, that’s not just possible.
I’m going to give this until February. On the days I can hang a 2nd set, and possibly a 3rd, I will do a SD set. I hang right around 22.5lbs on SD, and what I like to do to get a good stretch, is have one leg on a chair, and have my back bent, flat and parallel against the floor (Just picture an upside down L). But, my first and primary set is in the BTC angle, which makes an incredible stretch.
Hell, even wearing golf weights is stuff. The wrapping can be a bitch with my excess skin, and it’s troubling to wrap and re-wrap when skin itch and pain occurs, especially at work. I’ve been able to wearing the rings w/o wrap, when it’s tucked all the way against my pelvis, and stays fine…..I think it stays though, due to my excess skin holding it up, lol.
