Hardcore Hanging

I haven’t taken a decon break in ages. The last one I took was towards the end of August, but that was because I went on a cruise for a week, so that’s it. Other then that, it has been years since I actually took a solid month or 2 off. Manual work since 03, but hanging for the past 2 years.

I’m up to 37.5lbs, though I took a day off from yesterday due to timing, so I will probably drop to 35lbs. I know next month I will be up to 40lbs, but there is no way I would want to go higher. If I can’t gain from reaching fatigue at 40lb., then I think I have to seriously evaluate my situation, perhaps go on a decon. break for a few months, start with manual, then hanging, etc.

You’re probably right. That sounds sensible.

I was using around 4lbs when I was hanging and it was incredibly uncomfortable.

I don’t understand how people can manage 20 or more lbs of weight hanging from their dicks!

I’ve been doing it for a while….plus before the bib, I was using a sock hanger for quite some time.

I was just thinking, that manual stretching might not work out, after a decon period because my ligs would be used to all that weight, but I’ll give it some time.

I will try hardcore hanging for 2 months, 6 days a week of hanging, possibly 7.

Were you ever able to hang more than one or two sets a day at lower weights? In other words, have you adopted the high weight/short time approach out of necessity or because the more traditional approach failed?

I hope you post your progress. I have tried to hang for and hour to an hour and a half per day at lower weight levels (currently 15-17.5 lbs). I would have the time to do more, but I find that if I try to hang more hours per week than that I suffer soreness and/or diminished EQ. I have tried hanging up to 22 lbs for a set or two, and suspect I could go higher over time. I have at times considered upping the weight and just doing 2 twenty minute sets per day.

Well, I started out with the traditional approach, many sets as I could to try to hit the 10hr/week mark. I started using the bib while I was still in college, so my schedule was more flexible. But once i started working in the city (going 3 years now), that all changed. Sure, there were times I was able to hit several sets in some days while I was working, but I couldn’t handle it anymore. I’d wake up 2-2:30am just to hang, then go to work, come back late, etc. My mind started suffering, and i couldn’t take it anymore. I started a new job this past June, and now my schedule prohibits multiple sets daily, it’s rough.

So, I started doing hardcore hanging, because i can only contribute 1-2 sets per day. I will definitely post my progress here.

I agree that hanging is very time intensive and unless you do not have to work, or work from home, it is impractical for most people. I have also done the early AM hanging thing.

Did you gain when you were able to hang more sets per day, or could you not continue that long enough to know for sure?

Well, there have only been periods where I hung several sets, I think the most time allocated in any given week was just shy of 9 hrs. I think I saw an 1/8, but not sure. I know I was 6.5 bpel when I start hanging, but once I measured a few times during the summer, I was 6.75.

Anyways, even while hanging multiple sets, I had a lot of problems hanging after my 3rd or 4th set, due to my excess skin (I am uncut). I have tried so many variations of re-wrapping, btb jelqing, or w/e I did to get an erection (watch porn) between sets, so I can get blood flowing, my and penis would inflate with the wrap one, which I thought was cool, lol. But, having the extra skin was tricky. I was thinking of splitting up the sets, half in the morning, and the rest at night, but since I live with my parents, that’s not just possible.

I’m going to give this until February. On the days I can hang a 2nd set, and possibly a 3rd, I will do a SD set. I hang right around 22.5lbs on SD, and what I like to do to get a good stretch, is have one leg on a chair, and have my back bent, flat and parallel against the floor (Just picture an upside down L). But, my first and primary set is in the BTC angle, which makes an incredible stretch.

Hell, even wearing golf weights is stuff. The wrapping can be a bitch with my excess skin, and it’s troubling to wrap and re-wrap when skin itch and pain occurs, especially at work. I’ve been able to wearing the rings w/o wrap, when it’s tucked all the way against my pelvis, and stays fine…..I think it stays though, due to my excess skin holding it up, lol.
