Basically I starting this thread to try and understand hard gainers, and hanging weight needed for them too see gains.I have been doing BTC since Dec.2 and am up to 22 lbs.6 sets daily, how high do I have to go to see gains? It’s frustrating cause some guys have gained an inch doing BTC, only having 12.5 lbs. As there max weight.Bib said I have strong collagenous tissues.questions, opinions, words of hope to deal with this high weight and the sometimes horrible slippage.thanks everyone!

Hey Tupac lives, I haven’t measured my length, last checked I was around 5.5 EL, I actually have never measured my girth properly, I don’t have a tape measure that wraps around and never measured BPEL or anything.My dicks gotta give at some point.right now I have a thrombosed vein,and I’m getting slippage, so I’ve been stuck at 22 lbs for almost 14 days, couldn’t take 23.5 lbs.

How hard of gainers have there been before? I know mygoal is a hard gainer, but he has a bigger unit, how hard of a gainer do you think I am? Do I have to get up to 40 lbs.

Pauly are you sure you have not seen any gains? From what you say you have hung over 3 months every single day about 2 hours of hang time per day, surely you have seen some kind of gain? I would be so pissed if I was having to hang 23lbs from myself with no gain.

Pauly I’m right there with you. I’m only shooting for girth and it almost seems impossible. Maybe us tough dicks have had some sort of trauma to the penis making it tougher. I know my wife came down on mine wrong when she was on top..worst pain ever for a good 20 minutes..maybe that toughened my little guy up.

Reading post’s like these makes me worry my gains are going to stop and become impossible. I am going to work my way up to 20 sets a day if I have to and look into a job I can do at home.

Pauly891, are you reaching fatigue when your hanging? When I first started hanging I was doing 8 sets and not reaching fatigue until the 6th or 7th set. Now I make sure I reach fatigue in each set.

Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

New Short Term Goal: EBPL 8.0 EG 5.5 Lifetime goal 9x6.5 PE log and journal

Hey bluray, yea I am pissed, but I mean as long as I am a “hard gainer” and not a “no gainer” I will be as happy a pig in.I’m too scared too measure.I always hit fatigue jb560.maybe I’m a hard gainer cause of small flaccid, but maybe also because I’m big girth wise I dunno.

I remember Ulcaster saying he had seen no gains getting up too 25 lbs. That freaked me out, but I will go as high in weight or do whatever it takes for gains!! Theres got too be a weight were I gotta start getting out those LIGS, if I’m not already there.then maybe I’ll grow flaccid and then won’t be a hard gainer anymore,who knows?

Could I have the bold to ask if you ever did a manual based routine and, in positive case, how long, pauly?

yea I did marinera, I think I gained a bit EL, at most 0.5 EL,I probably gained a ton girth wise from jelqing,kegels,maybe from the manual PE, but I would have to re-grip often,looking back on manual PE, if I had a glove and possibly some powder too grip I could have maybe been successful, I don’t know, but really it probably was a waste of time for me, considering how hard of a gainer I appear to be….hanging is a way better option than manual PE, I can’t don’t even know where start…..I did the jelqing and manual PE for a ridiculously long time, it could have been 2 years, thats probably why I’m so impatient for hanging gains…..but the good news is my penis will have too crack at some point, if its 45 lbs. so be it LOL

let me get this straight, you haven’t measured, have only been hanging for 3 months and your worried because after 1 night your dick didn’t magically transform into Jack Napier’s unit? May I suggest measuring, you’ll be pleasantly suprised if you’ve done what you say you’ve done.

My goal is to be the best me, mind, body and soul, PE is part of achieving the best me.

Your penis ‘cracking’ isn’t exactly a good thing, pauly. When hanging, time is the major factor, not weight: the more you raise the weight, the more you are making tissue though your penis. Strength and rigidity of tissues are the pathway for injuries.

Hey Hardbody….I dunno I may measure soon, I may wait til May, by eye I may have gained lol….I have done what I’ve said, I’m at 22 lbs.max btc, started Dec.2, 6 sets a day…..have a thrombosed vein, trouble going up too 23.5 lbs.,slippage issues with 3 of 6 sets today
