Bubba why’d it take so long,2 years is a long time, I’m hoping to be moving on to another angle and exhausting all gains way before then, fingers crossed. I apologize for any grammar errors or anything I did wrong in past posts.

Eh, 2 years to 40 pounds isn’t a long time to me. I’m not switching angles, BTC is the only thing I find comfortable. I’m going to keep increasing weight until I get to 9” BPFSL.

so you gained 1.3” EL by doing only BTC!? so maybe I should do it for awhile longer than I originally thought. I just thought once I gain 0.75” or whatever, the gains at BTC will stop and I will have to go on to another angle, but your making me think I can gain over an inch doing BTC! sweet!

It all depends on what theory you ascribe to: divide and conquer, LOT, etc. I personally believe that if you hang enough weight long enough on any limb, appendage, or anything, it will slowly deform and accommodate said weight. BTC is comfortable and my belief keeps me hanging every day. Good luck!

I agree as with you as well.So I guess you don’t subsribe to the whole stop seeing gains for a month,possibly time to switch angles, theory?There’s only a couple angles too work anyway, it would just be annoying switching angles and having too work up weight again.

How many sets a day do you do?
I do 6 sets, I realized today I fumble around too much between sets, like 20-30 mins,going to fix that lol.happy hangin’

What is the maximum weight (in pounds) that one can hang from your penis? I looked on the site and it seemed that 12.5 IB was the maximum weight but some talk about weights of up to 30IB, is this possible?

jack1015, it is possible, Bib used to hang 45 lbs btc at the end of career. Also there are dudes who hang even double more for short periods and that is called extreme hanging, it’s crazy :)

Pauly, I do 4 sets of 20 min, no rest in between every morning from 7:00 to 8:20AM. 7 days a week. Re: the high weight question from other guys, I don’t want to be misunderstood. I do NOT hang 40lbs (current max) from my dick for 20 full minutes each set. I add in 5 lb increments until the last two minutes at 40lbs. Like all hangers, I have on days and off days, sometimes major skin burn, sometimes none.

Hey bubba, I have just been back into a solid routine for the last month. I have been hanging everyday at least 6 sets, you should check out my progress thread I went into some details in it. This month I got a 1/8” gain in length and girth.

Hey Bluray, damn, that’s a great gain man! I’ll check our your thread. But, no, I don’t take days off. 7 days a week consistently. I meant I have “on” and “off” days in that sometimes I hang high weight and sometimes lower weight (40lbs vs. 30lbs…), depending on skin burn.

Oh I understand now, do you have a progress/routine thread up? I cant imagine getting up to 40lbs yet, I am just up to using 10lbs and this fatigue feeling is pretty intense.

Are all your sets at 10 lbs? Or do you have to drop the weight?
