Hard-gainers Look Here

I don’t mean to be a nit picking nerd, but are you guys sure it’s the “septum” that’s causing the trouble. As I look at the linked diagram (page to the bottom for the x-c view), I see that the septum consists entirely of circumferential fibers. How can something that consists solely of circumferential fibers be so resistant to longitudinal stress?

I wonder whether it’s not the septum, but the dorsal thickening of the tunica above the septum that’s the culprit. The dorsal thickening (11 to 1 o’clock positions) is the thickest part of the tunica. The tunica is almost twice as thick at the 11 o’clock position as it is at the 9 o’clock position.

This difference may be significant since it means that stress should be concentrated on the top (dorsal) surface of the penis, not on some internal structure between the CCs.

ModestoMan, I also believe that the stress should be on the top(dorsal) side. I made over a quarter inch gain a year or more ago using my home made band/hose clamp hanger. The weights were attached to my hanger in such a way as to cause it to pull from the top side of my penis creating a V type stretch pulling straight down. I know everyone says not to put pressure on the top of your penis because of the location of the nerve. I say poop on that. Just use a cushioned barrier. I went back to my band/hose clamp hanger today after trying the Bib starter and the Wench both of which put pressure on the penis laterally. I made no permanent gains with either of those hangers. I initially gained less than 1/8” with the Bib, but lost it while still using the Bib. I believe it was just swelling. I gained nothing with the wench. Those hangers are made for ligament stretching only, as per my experience.

Today I will take negative thoughts and turn them into positive and productive actions. 7.00 BP x 4.75 GOAL 9.0 x 6.5

@Modesto: hmmm .. You might be right. But with this method, you can hit that string.

Modesto, I love and enjoy your intensity with this. If Lost told me to pee on a spark plug, and told me that the electrical current helps stimulate growth for hard gainers, i’d be out there trying it :)

cead mile failte :lep:

I’m almost to the point of plugging my penis into a lightbulb socket! Grow, damn you, Grow!

HA HA HA HA Ring Of Power anyone?

I was experimenting last night, took a small piece of wood, drilled 3 holes in it, about an inch apart, and put 3 dowels in the holes.

I was hanging, then used the contraption, to resemble what Lost is explaining in his diagram, as far as the way he pushes his member while hanging or stretching.

It hurt, skin against wood, so I will try some different things to see if I can do this without pain. If I can create a contraption that doesn’t hurt, I’ll throw a picture up here.

I just took a look at my “string.” The damn thing was about 1/4” in diameter! Maybe more. I’ll measure it and report back. Anyways, you may have have found an accurate predictor of easy or hard gains—the width of the guitar string.

We can call it, the “lost guitar string” method.

Everybody measure and report back.

@Sixer: wood against your member? Well I use the flesh of my fingers, but if you can find a better method for the crum, Ill be happy to exchange it with my current

@Modesto: well, my string is about the same in diameter, thats really interesting .. Lost guitar string? WOW, thats sweet! :)

Damn!! Today was the worst hanging day ever: I just did three sets and now soreness but no fatigue. But I’m now hanging for three weeks my routine without any day off. So I hope, tomorrow will be better.

Congrats on your gains from a non gainer.

I know how frustrating this is, reading about

Everybody getting longer and fatter, but not

Getting there yourself.

So congrats

And great advice.

One question can you do the thumb/finger press/pull

While doing regular stretches too?

Will this help?

Again congrats,

Hi Dave!

Yes, you can do the pulling thing with the regular stretch, but it must be a strong stretch, else you just pull your member back. I don’t know if it works better, but I believe it will.
