how long do you usually hang… how many sets and how long each?

also everytime when i try to put on the theraband i get a hard on…how do you guys manage this? since hanging requires the whole hang time to be flacid. any ideas i need some help so i can get pass this stage and start hanging

Hey Glober,

20 minutes sets are the standard set, that´s also the recomended longest time to hang in one set. Followed by a 10 minutes rest to restore circulation before you start next.

When it comes to amount of sets, as many as you can take and have time for I´d say. It´s all about time and weight, but mostly time.

Well, I know I am going insane now. I was positive I answered this.

Anyway, after you wrap, if you have a woody, then just forget it for a bit and let it subside. If after it has gone down, the head still has blood in it, then grasp the wrapped bundle and slide it forward gently. This will allow the blood to bypass the wrap. Then put the hanger on.
