Sorry if this has been asked before I searched but couldn’t find anything. Ok so basically I did PE on and off for the past 5 months but I couldn’t really keep up the continuity I finally finished the Newbie routine and have gained 1/2 inch in length and 1/4 inch in Girth. I am currently at 8 1/2” BPEL and 6.25 Girth I have found that I am really lazy when it comes to Jelqing. So I want to start hanging without Jelqing my question’s are how much weight/time should I start with and will I gain girth or just length. I am pretty satisfied with my length but would like to get up to 9” BPEL by 6.75 Girth.
Starting size: (May 13 2007) 8.00" BPEL x 5.925" EG
Goal: 9.00" BPEL x 6.5" EG
