I have been using 15 lbs for about 45 minutes stretches. Dose anyone think that it’s to long for hanging?


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

I hang either 4 sets of 15 min morning and night. Or 6-8 sets of 15 mins at night. Been hanging for 5-6 months straight and I’m at 12.5 lbs with a gain of about an inch.

You need to put a lot more info into new threads if you want a detailed response or a response at all. So go more in depth about your question.

YES,that is way to long. Anything over 20 minutes and you can do damage

to yourself, and jr.Look in the hangers forum under hang time and read some

of the post from Older members.

You meant 45 min straight. Oh no no no. READ about the activity before you do it. Cut off circulation to your finger for 45 min and see what happens. Always read the 101 section of every exercise.

My hanging time goes 15 minutes a set then there is 5 minutes of jelqing, then back to another 15 minutes of hanging, then another 5 minutes of jelqing ,then 5 minutes of stretching, then back to hanging for another 15 minutes. I end up manual stretching and jelqing. Do you know what I mean?

Yea ok that ok. Check out a thread in the hanger forum about how many total hanging hours a week. The general answer seems to be 10 hours a week. So to get to 10 hours a week you gotta throw in a few days a week with a am pm workout or 6-7 sets at night. (45x7)/60=5.25 total hours. Not enough. There are many theory’s on hanging and there all good. I just wrote one called Thal’s theory on hanging check all of them out. Hang BTC SD SO OTS. That’s between the cheeks, straight down, straight out, and over the shoulder.

Do you hang 15lbs for 45 min straight? Because the recommended time duration for hanging is 20 min intervals with 3 sets each for a total of a 1 hour hang session. It is important to restore blood flow to the penis and glands within a 20 min time frame to prevent damaging yourself.

I have been hanging between 5 lbs and 10 lbs for 20 mins each session and wow! My ligs get really sore and the stretch is unbelievable. I have noticed an increase in length gains with this recommended hanging routine.

What do you use as a hanger device?

Thanks for the come back. I don’t think that I can do 10 hrs. Or that many set in a day. I have gained very well with this method of stretching. I’ll try to get more hrs. And sets in durring the coming weeks.

I use a modified Captain Wrench and I also use it as an ads.

what did you do to modify your wench. I have 1/4 more girth than when u started. But I cant keep my wench from either hurting just behing the glands or slipping off. What are u wrapping with and how?

Fanfuckingtastic. You gained an inch in 6 months of hanging. I presumed you worked up to 12.5 during that time. If so, that is very encouraging. I’m sneeking up to the 1 month mark and am going to stay a 10# for at least a month. Haven’t seen any gains. Hanging is my last resort. All I really need is fucking 1/4 inch, but wouldn’t turn down an inch if it came my way.

You got to be really serious about it though. I really didn’t go out much or do to much because I almost had to plan daily shit around hanging. Twice a day. AM PM never let those ligs turtle or heal to much or your done. The soreness should never leave!!!

It’s tough for me, I’m pretty busy. But, since I’m now single and have never been a party animal type, I find I have my evenings fairly free to myself in my house. It’s frustrating as hell hanging 10# off your dick for weeks and seeing no gains. I’m rather impatient though. I can’t wait to hit the big 8”. I think I’ll stop length gains then. I have found the friction on the woman’s clitorus from being pressed by my pubic bone always brings an orgasm for her. I don’t want to not be able to put it all the way in.
