Ok boys, I’m currently doing a manual stretch/jelq routine and seeing pretty good results. However, hanging just seems to be the most efficient and effective method for lengthening my tallywacker. I do have a few questions that hopefully some of the experienced hangers can help me out with.

1. Who here uses a captain’s wench as opposed to a Bib hanger? Would you say the Bib hanger is superior? If so, how?

2. What type of ADS do you feel is superior to other forms of ADS? E.g, PE weights, BTC ADS stretcher. (BTW, I plan on hanging at first in a SD and SO angle and work up to BTC)

3. More to come in time, just can’t think right now.

2.I don’t currently use ADS.

Seys, why don’t you use an ADS and how have your results been so far?
