Wow, it did not take long to get this forum up. Ask questions. Any that are in depth, really good questions, I will try my best to answer.
I don’t know everything, but have had a lot of success. Much of that success is due to luck. But much of it is due to a lot of work.
Also, I have screwed up a lot. Many mistakes and ideas that did not pan out.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my PE experiience. I have gained 4.5 inches EL and over 1.5 inches erect girth. Most of the length and girth at the base I attribute to hanging weights. A lot of weight for a lot of hours.
There are several advantages to hanging as a PE alternative. The biggest is the ability to multi-task. Once the weights are attached, you can do anything from surfing the net to needlepoint. Watch TV, whatever. No basketball. You do have to monitor your penis and not overdo it. Hanging also allows for a known stress for a measured period of time. Therefore, you can be at least a little scientific in your endeavor.
Hanging is not for everyone. It requires privacy for several hours per week, and some equipment, namely a hanging attachment and weights. As with any PE technique, there is a risk of injury. The single greatest way to avoid injury is education. Learn everything you can before you start, and do not start before you are fairly confident in what you are doing.
