Hanging 101

Naw, I don’t think you need to worry about it. Mine is straighter than ever after hanging, and after you figure it all out the attachment is quite comfortable with a bib/doesn’t hurt. As always, keep an eye on PI’s and EQ, and if they stay good or even get better then you are ok.

Can someone explain to me what exactly is a pulse push? Do I pull the hanger forward and then tighten our do I pull forward, push it back and then tighten. I’m confused exactly what it is

You push forward to feel if the shoulders form AFTER you have tightened most of the way. Also checks for twisting. If it all feels good then you apply the weight slowly and tighten a tiny bit more to ensure is stays and that you have decent circulation.

You can pulse push multiple times as you tighten to check for shoulders, but I never do this, just once after I tighten works every time for me.

About how much pressure do you use when you pulse forward? Also as I’m tightening and I do this the wrap and hanger will slide forward with my skin if it hadn’t fully gripped the internals. Do I then just pull the hanger back to where it started or just leave it and continue tightening?

Hard to say exactly how much pressure. I push forward until the shoulders form and when I push forward more my whole cock stretches instead of just the skin.

And yes, the hanger and wrap will slide forward with the skin until the shoulders form. If the wrap slides OVER the skin then the wrap and/or hanger are probably too loose.

Hey guys, I started hanging a week ago with 2.5 lbs everything was fine. This week I hung 3.5 lbs (3 x 20) and I felt fatigue. I woke up and I still feel fatigue, I do manual stretches throughout the day. My question is is it safe to hang if I’m still feeling fatigued from yesterday’s workout? Also I’ve read that some hangers don’t take days off?

In a perfect hanging world you would hang every day and you would feel a constant level of soreness.
Most of us don’t start seeing gains until we reach 10 pounds but you might get gains before then if you are feeling fatigue at such a light weight. However, there are some people that don’t see gains until a higher weight.

You just need to see if this is a deep fatigue or if this is on the skin level. If it a deep fatigue it is a very good sign.

I am rapidly restoring my foreskin but I am not seeing any gains at all. I know that some foreskin restoration is normal but without any gains? Come on. Its not fair. Can anyone weigh in on this?

Without knowing exactly what you’ve been doing, no. Did you want the extra foreskin? It’s usually from dry jelqing from the bottom of the shaft, rather than gripping lightly a little me higher up then pushing the grip down into the fat pad and tightening it before starting the jelq, or it’s from wet jelqing too far up the shaft instead of stopping before the glans. It can come from other exercises too though.

Are you using enough heat etc. ?


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

We would need to know what you are doing. Are you hanging and if you are what type of hanger are you using?

If you are using a compression hanger and a Bib in particular he says in order to stretch skin do not tighten the hanger as much as normal and place the hanger a little farther back on the shaft. This way instead of grabbing the internals you are grabbing skin.

So if you are using a compression hanger and getting to much skin stretch only I would do the opposite and focus on tightening the hanger further. Many people tighten like crazy in the first minute or two but that is not correct. You are supposed to tighten slowly without to much torque. Then you continue to tighten as the hanger melds into your tissues. Sometimes even when I start adding weights I check to see if it can tighten a little more. The first set usually takes the longest to tighten.

Next time you hang like normal if you are using a Bib try to give the wing nut a turn 5 and 10 minutes into your set. If it is still turning then you need to work on your tightening technique.

From my personal experience with a Bib I grew to much skin because I wasn’t pulling the skin back as I wrapped. So basically the skin at the base and bottom third of the shaft below the hanger was always tight. Then I am applying pulling force on it. By the time I grew all this skin it was to late but I realized my technique had been getting worse.

So now I pull the skin back as I am wrapping. Then when I tighten the hanger I grab underneath the wrap on the base side and pull some more skin down towards the base. I am basically trying to create slack.

If you are not using a hanger and a Bib you need to describe what you are doing so people can help you.

I think this is the case for me too. Is there a way to reverse the situation? I mean why can’t my BPEL be same as BPFSL? Shouldn’t they be equal?
