I am starting with 5Ibs but it don’t feel a tight tug what should I do.. My penis is tough.

If you are referring to tight tug on the internals and you are using a Bib then you need to slowly tighten the hanger over the first set. Keep on tightening.

If you are referring to tight tug on your ligs and you are using a Bib then you stay at 5 pounds for the week. You are trying to make sure your technique is correct and you are building up your soft tissue conditioning to the hanger.
Minor little annoyance due to incorrect technique at low weight levels can become major problems at high weight.

The worst thing you can do is just to arbitrarily increase weights to fast. The soft tissue of your penis will feel it and suffer far before your ligs feel fatigue.

It might take you a month or two to reach fatigue. Perhaps even longer. This is not a waste of time. During this time it is all about technique and conditioning. This foundation will serve you well as you move up.

If you are using a Bib, he says go up 15% a week until you reach fatigue. Personally at the low levels I just added a pound a week until I got to 10 pounds. Then go up 15%. However, if you soft tissue is suffering because of this then slow it down.

BTC in Detail

Hi, this is my first time writing on this website. It has been extremely useful. I have been doing PE for almost 2 years now and I have just begun to hang, I hang built my own hanger and it works very well. I have been following the guide posted at the beginning of this thread and have been seeing great erection quality and night wood. I have been mostly doing the SD method but I keep seeing BTC as the primary angle I should be doing, I know it’s between the cheeks, but I am unsure of how exactly to do that , my hanging device is a little basic and crude and I would greatly appreciate if someone could explain, in detail, how they do the BTC method for that deep stretch. Thank you so much guys.

Some people lean way back in an office chair. I lie down in the bed and put my feet on a chair. My butt is overhanging the edge. Then laptop on belly, remote controls around me. Everything in easy reach. With gravity pulling device you will see that it is a far more intense angle. SD I don’t feel it in the ligs that much. BTC you will feel the majority in the ligs.

Ahh I understand, that’s what I’ve been doing after the first few sessions to get that deep burn. Thank you for explaining that. I wasn’t sure if it literally ment between my cheeks, haha.

I will be hanging religiously and I will be posting results and routine I use. I just finished building my hanger and I have been experimenting and conditioning myself the past week. At the moment I have just finished a week of doing 2 sessions a day at 2.5lbs, and now I’m doing 3 sessions a day. Right now I am currently 5inch NBPEL and 5inch erect girth. I’m still new and inexperienced in this, even tho I have been doing PE on and off, for the past two years. Only recently (last November) did I start to get serious about my PE. I have never seen any real gains, only stronger erections, more night wood, greater ejaculations, basically all the personal indicators. My goal, is to be the magical 8 by 6. And even when I reach that goal l, I will not stop until my fiancé says that’s enough.

I would greatly appreciate any comments or tips on how I should conduct myself. And feel free to ask any questions, I welcome them.

If you get really serious about BTC, you can buy an old wooden chair at a yard sale and cut a hole in the seat to hang through. :)


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

As long as chairs reclines way back. But love to explain to family members why it looks like you have a chair that is designed to be a toilet also

Reading the beginning of this, I was wondering how do I know when I’ve reached maximum ligament deformation?

Not everybody believes it is possible but if you go with hanging theory.

There are tests like palpating inner penis, lot test, exit test.

For me regardless of tests when you are no longer gaining and even when you are going up in weight you don’t feel the stress on the ligs anymore this could be an indication.

However, I haven’t gotten to this point so hopefully someone who has can chime in

Started reading this and it has some awesome information on hanging.

I’m planning on starting hanging in 3-5 months.


Start: 8/2013: BPEL: 6.3" EG: 5.1"

Current:3/2015 BPEL: 8.1 BPFSL: 8.7 "* MEG: 5.9"

The Goal: BPEL: 8.5" EG: 6.5"

Wrapping question with "foreskin"

Just ordered a bib starter and very eager to get started. I’ve been doing foreskin restoration for more than 2 years now and I’ve gone from ci-2 to ci-5 or 6, basically full flaccid coverage most of the time. My question is about wrapping when you’re in between circ’d and intact.. The guides say to start wrapping at the circ scar, well mine is now 70%-100% down my glans depending on the temperature. Should I just pick a spot on my shaft skin an inch above the glans? Or should I retract some to wrap?

Also, which hanging method should I start with to get my full lig gains since I’m just starting out? I’d like to start sitting at the edge of a chair, torso vertical, and hanging straight down without the chair edge touching my willy or rope & weights. That is a 6’oclock position I believe its called. Is that the best position to start out and get the lig gains?

I’m about 2.75” flaccid, 5.75 erect, 5.25 girth erect. My goal is just a half inch to 3/4”. Girth would be a bonus. So if I can get my lig gains in a year and be done, I’d be ecstatic.

Why does this article recommend NOT doing ADS to cement gains?
Is it because of potential injury or are you actually preventing growth by doing that?
I’ve doing hanging + ADS 4-6 hours after the past few days.
The ADS tension was just enough to keep my penis in an elongated state and not really tug hard.

My cock felt fatigued today and I took a rest day but nothing too serious.

Hey guys,

Will hanging cause plaque build up or Peyronie’s disease?

I have been hanging for about 3 months using a bib hanger and another knockoff hanger( guy that copied bib’s hardcore model) and after reading some posts on Peyronies I am getting a little freaked out.

The hanger has to close pretty tight in the same spot day after day. You would think that you are guaranteed to create tissue damage and plaque build up in that spot.

There have been a lot of people that hang going back over the years. I don’t recall any of them claiming it caused Peyronie’s disease.

Maybe you should read through the injury thread and see if this has happened to anyone
