I’m right there with you.. It’s very hard to put the time in when in a working phase of life, even despite that I work from home.. I can’t hang heavy weights while I work or it’s impossible to focus.
Do you need to hang heavy weights?
Could you possibly hang 1-2 heavy sets and then do light sets for the rest of the day?
Ultimately, I think tension over time is what gives gains.
But I feel you. I have a lot of ‘office time’ in the evenings working on a project, but now that my max weight is 9 kg/20 pounds, it’s tough to do meaningful work that requires concentration. If I had a lot of time to hang, I would probably hang 1-2 heavy sets and then do 3-5 kg sets for the rest of the day.
