The same thing happens to me, bad EQ right after but then then later on all is well. Usually the first week or two guys experience bad EQ until they get used too the weight and that continues as the weight goes up. Another words you go up from say 5 and eventually get to say 7.5 and EQ drops for a couple days then back up.

Is it just me or does IR heat while hanging feel abit awkward.
My unit stays plump when hanging with IR heat and it feels like I’m trying to stretch a girthier flaccid penis rather than a regular flaccid penis.

It’s it easier to stretch when your flaccid size is at its skinniest ? Just asking might be wrong.

I will admit I should have tried IR heat when I was doing girth because man does it plump the penis up.

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

I got the lamp base that is clampable in Walmart for 5$ near the lightbulb section. It’s made out of an aluminum.

And I purchased the bulb on Amazon for 22$ I know it was a bit expensive but I could not find the right one in Home Depot or Walmart. Plus this one is made for IR therapy.

It is call “therabulb” 150w red bulb on Amazon.

I worry my dick would get sunburnt. Lol……..but really I would. I do have an IR heater I always wondered about using for heat while hanging. It’s one of those box IR heaters

Well I used it for all 3 sets and it’s still attached so I would say it’s safe lol.

Do we really have to hang for 10hours a week to see gains ?? That’s quite a bit.. 7 is not enough ??

I feel it’s a lot too and this cycle I’m going for 5-7 a week with a lot of assisted stretching using a clamp as my assist. I hate being tied down that long, my mind goes numb and not in a good way. Shlong hung something like 4 hours a day and got great gains, bib did like 6-8 hours a day and 4 inches, I personally think bib is a pioneer but without proof I have a hard time believing he gained 4 inches. However there have been others that went for an hour a day and got gains. I remember one member hung like 3 or so sets a day along with pumping and he got a half inch length in about 6 months if I remember that right. I did 10 hours a week last year for six weeks and I gained around 1/8 but I couldn’t continue hanging. It got to a point where I felt I was losing my mind. Unfortunately I never cemented that 1/8 either so I’m back to hanging, less time more weight and much more stretching, targeted stretching at that, divide and conquer this time.

Yep, I hung 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. I tried “hardcore hanging” with high weights, 1-2 sets but didn’t notice anything, and supposedly some guy at MoS gained really well from it. Recently I would hang 3 sets mid afternoon with 2 clamp sessions and 2-3 hanging sets at night. That seemed to help me in my flaccid and my girth, not so much in length. I am just too insonsistent. Hanging really hurts my back and I no longer have the free time I had when I made all my gains.

I’m worried as the weight goes up I won’t be able to do it because of my spine issues.

As time goes on I may try MH’s progressive hanging, he gave an example of 15 pounds x 3 sets of 15 mins and by the second set of the second day he drops the weight. But I haven’t seen much else on other guys using it.

You did clamping along with hanging for girth ? How did that go?

Hanging is extremely rough on my lower back. Good luck and be careful bro.

Isn’t that an amazing thing about hanging? I sometimes take my hanger off and I’m wowed that I look like I just came down from pumping.
