Hanging 101

It works for now but there is a learning curve with hanging as ya go up in wieght, wrapping technique and hanger placement changes… with pumping it should too I reject the idea of starting with 5hgfor 10 min sets 2-3hg for 10 min sets to start

Don’t you mean pounds instead of hg???

Using an ADS, (almost no hanging) I started at about 1# and maxed out maybe over 2#, but ADS is a whole different set of considerations. I did think that any weight at all can start your growth, and it should not be uncomfortable. My ADS became too noticeable, unfortunately :rofl:

I meant inches of mercury I was talking about pumping.

Hanging is a different animal, and I don’t have enough experience hanging to give advice, but if I knew then what I know now I would have followed a hanging protocol pumping

OK, gotcha. I agree, use as little WEIGHT or VACUUM as possible, to get results! Same rationale, different exercises.

I have a question about maxing out lig gains.

Is this something you do once and then move on? Or is it something you do and then move onto another angle, then come back to angles that target lig gains?

For example, I’m currently hanging 5 sets BTC with a max weight of 10lbs. I feel like I may have hit a plateau. Recently I did about 2-3 weeks of hanging OTL (left leg) and noticed gains. Then after that I returned to BTC and noticed more gains.

My penis is also shaped differently such that hanging BTC emphasizes more the left side of my shaft (ligs too of course). And hanging OTL (left) emphasizes the right shaft and also bottom shaft.

My proposed plan is to alternate between hanging for 2-4 weeks at BTC and OTL (left) angles. I’ve heard this is the seesaw effect?

Any advice is appreciated! I just recently bought a Bib hanger and tried it for the first time. I started with a homemade Captain’s Wench.

Bib states that one should first hang on lower angles and max out lig gains, and only then move onto tunica work (higher angles and fulcrum).

But if it works better for you keep doing what you’re doing, there’s no reason to change what’s working

Hanging angle question

I’ve been hanging for five months now. Using a bib starter and I recommend it. I’ve gained 1/2” from hanging on top of a 1/2” from other PE.

I’ve hung BTC and SD and I can feel it in both but BTC gives a much better stretch. Due to privacy concerns I can only do SD right now. I hope to have the privacy to allow BTC in 2-3 months.

Does it sound ok to do SD until then and then go to BTC?

Am I giving up potential lig gains by not doing BTC first. I’m not sure if there’s a best order of angles.

Try to do what gives you the best stretch, but that you can do. If it’s SD then SD it is.

As long as you’re reaching and managing fatigue that’s fine.

Has anyone tried this? While I’m standing and hanging SD, I put one of my feet up on a chair and boy could I feel it on the side (side of the ligs, tunica, shaft, skin, I can’t be sure). So I did that for a couple of minutes of a set and then I switched to the other foot up. Within a few days of doing that every day, I measured 1/8” gain. I can’t say I wouldn’t have had the gain anyway but that was the timing of it. Is this something others have done? What did that do to change the target of the stress?

I did that kind of stretch and it’s very intense, I think Xenolith used to do this, but with the hands.

I like to think of it as when you are removing a stucked nail off of the wall. You know when you have to bend it side ways to help remove it?

Maybe something similar happens when you do this type of stretch/hanging.

Start to hang ?

Hey everyone,

I have started PE about 3 months ago with normal newbie with (5 mins warming, 10 mins stretching, 20 min wet jelqing and 5 mins warming) but as I have said before I always become small red sports on my Glans and I reported that to more pressure during the jelqing so I war a little afraid and stopped after 2 months.

But I am still determined to increase my penis size so I want now to start again with other technique to increase my flaccid and erected penis size and I thought about hanging with very light weights.

So what`s your opinion boys? What do you advice me to do?

I want to buy a hanger but I can’t decide which one: malehanger or bib hardcore?

Best advice will be from people who used both.

If you never hung I would go with bib STARTER which is easier to master and overall a great product.

Never used a malehanger so can’t say anything about it but surely wouldn’t recommend starting with the hardcore, perhaps not even the regular bib

I think you should master the newbie exercises first, apparently you didn’t master those yet and that’s why you are having issues with those, and still want to move on with more intense forms of PE
