Hey guys, I’ve been hanging for a while now and I have had success but I feel like I’m stuck where I am. I’m not sure if I should increase weight or decrease. Also I’ve been keeping it wrapped for most of the day while I’m at work to keep it elongated while it’s healing, is this a bad idea?

Can you give us more detail about what type of hanger you are using, your wrapping method and your daily routine so far?


Current: BPEL - 6.80' - 7'

Current: MSEG - 4.80' - 5.2'

Goal: 9x6

I use a homemade hanger like bibs. I wrap with an ace bandage and have a rubber piece with a band clamp. I hang for about 15-20 min, 5-6 sets. Basically bibs routine. Ive been at it for a few years but I did less sets for awhile because had no time. But now I do it just about everyday. Over the whole time I did gain about an inch but I’ve been stuck where I am now for awhile. Maybe I’m being impatient but let me know what you think. Also let me know how you feel about the 6-8 hour wrap to keep it elongated while healing. Thanks

Thanks for the info. Well, if you gained with the current set up you have then taking a decon break or upping weight since you have reached maximum time would be the best. If you feel like you have mastered grasping the internal shaft when using a hanger then your options are the following:

1. Decon
2. Up Weight (15% at a time)
3. Find something else to incorporate into your routine (i.e. manuals, bundle stretching, fulcrum, pumping, etc.)

Just remember that we are all playing the long term game and treat your penis as any other muscle in the sense that you should not focus on it for a period of time and then forget it. Always have a maintenance routine to keep your penis healthy.

What exactly do you mean by bundle stretching??

Do you hit fatique? Any itching, strecth marks around Penis?

You have days off? Or you hang 7/7?

I dont believe in the “healing in extended state” concept. Enlongation will hit a plateau after a few hours and then not only you are doing unsuccessful work, but you are potentially overtrain. Thats because you are preventing the healing proccess by adding more trauma, sometimes even if the tension is low.

You should try to do what Paradigm said, and also try to change your angle of attack. I do have a high lot, and I’ve been stuck around 6.7 inch for a while when hanging low and BTC. I am now trying a new strategy program which I focus on a parallel angle with the ground for about an hour, then I move to a 90ยบ angle for about one more hour. If I do have the patience, I will do one hour more straight down with some bands I have developed which will pull my cock backwards, simulating a BTC angle. I have gained .1 cm in about a month or so, think it’s going pretty well even if the “pain” of the stretch is different, because high angles and parallel to floor angles do not hit your skin and does not ache or itch. Well, hope you get along.

Oh, one more thing, check your diet man. I am a “high spec” athlete, and from time to time I do need to lower my carbs. When I do that, I do not only feel, but I see that my cock does not heal the same way it used to do when I was consuming carbs. I would really appreciate if anyone could specify that, because I searched this whole amazing forum, and did not find any result for that. I really do think that a diet containing carbs and high protein will help you heal longer and stronger. See if that helps man.
