I hang one day and jelq every other. Should I clamp every other instead of jelq? Anyone else do this to hit the length and girth at the same time? Or should I focus on length first untill I get what I want and then girth?

As I said in another thread, and seems to be the general consensus - It would be easier to stretch something slimmer than something thicker.

So with that in mind yes it would be best to get to your length goals before you work heavily on girth. Some don’t work on girth at all, some just lightly.
It’s been reported in other threads that people have been gaining a little girth - usually at the base - from hanging. Something to consider.

Your goal is very ambitious in that time-frame, actually it’s impossible IMO. Some people won’t gain that much in a lifetime. You want it in 4 months?!

I’d advise you set up markers. Obviously you don’t want to get to 10” long with a girth of 4.7” (Though that WOULD be something to see. Lol)

What I mean is. In 4 months time, have a goal to be at 7.5” BP, and work from there, adjusting your goal every time. Perhaps working on girth after each length marker to move up accordingly.
Sure you can have an eventual goal of 10x7. But aiming so high without a clear cut plan will result in a lot of frustration IMO.

Either way, if I do decide to clamp every other day, would that in any way negate the hanging? Or even clamping after hanging to stretch out the penis in all directions?

I partially agree with the theory that a thinner penis is easier to stretch, however, I also think size is not the only important thing; proportion and aesthetics are also important, so if you feel you need more girth to balance your length, you could try clamping every other day for a little while to see how it works for you.

But don’t stop jelqing! Do some jelqing after your hanging and after your clamping sessions. It need not be a lot, but keeping some jelqing in there will help get the most out of the other exercises. Also, you will need to get considerably more recovery time if you start clamping, so factor in some more rest time. Start off easy on the clamping and build it up slowly.

Jelqing and clamping will bring unnecessary soreness to the attachment point of the hanger.

If you don’t believe me, please try not jelqing or clamping for a week and hanging on the same schedule. Feel the difference in how much weight/time you can comfortably tolerate.

I guess if it’s not a big deal for you, fine. Big Girtha gained amazingly by hanging and clamping in between sets. I personally feel exteme discomfort and have to hang less than my maximum weight the next session every time I jelq or clamp or pump.

I also agree with the length first philosophy.. and if I were you I’d trade the clamping out for either more hanging or some manual stretch excercise. Once it’s at the length you want (or could live with) start the girth program. Both would probably happen a lot faster.

It’s also worth pointing out that a lot of guys report base girth gains from hanging.

Some technical info:

My unit expands further in the pump after I have hang’ed or Static stretched. My belief is it has allowed the tunica to be more compliant - and the pump, or clamp for that matter will be more effective.

Pumping and clamping also stretch the tissues, which over time is supposed to show up as growth.

I believe that alternating between techniques can be useful.
