Hello Just bought a Bib Hanger, Going to get into hanging. I tried hanging before but unfortunately because of my ignorance I went about it the wrong way. I did gain 1/2 of an inch length which is great. But I need to gain 2 inches more.
My Quest for posting this is this.. I keep hearing through so many hanging threads to keep adding weight by 1 pound increments when you quit hitting fatigue. What do you use to add 1 pound? I have 2.5 pound weights and 5 pounds. Eventually when I get up into higher weight I will buy a 10 pound so on.. Are there 1 pound weights I could get and attach to the hanger hook? What do you guys use?
I have heard that some people use boots and fill up with quarters and change and stuff, But doing it that way you don’t really know how much weight your really doing. Anyone know where I can buy 1 pound weights? Or what you guys use? Thanks alot I appreciate it.
