Hanging weight and noticed progress

I’ve done plenty of research and have been hanging for about 4 months. Havent made much progress. Am up to 10lbs about 90mins a day. Its known that you need at least 10 hours a week and a lot of people said they started noticing they started gaining around the 10lb mark. I’m curious as to what that means. Gains come so slow so when its nnoticed does that mean theres a spurt of growth around that time? Just trying to figure out how you know you start gaining at a certain weight. I don’t feel a ton of fatigue during the set, some discomfort which I believe is good. When I remove the weight I do feel a bit achey/sore.

What position are you hanging, BTC or standing?

How are your sets broken down for the 90 minutes of work?

The 10 lb figure means nothing because each individual reacts to different weight whether it be 8, 10, 12 lbs. If you’re doing 10 lbs of BTC and really leaning back and the cord/rope is going BTC - that is AWESOME.

With hanging it seems that you “can” get to a good weight and amount of time and you can have good gains in a short period. However, that weight might be 20 lbs for someone. Also that is not a guarantee for everyone.

Yeah, that’s something I don’t quite get. Bib says it has something to do with one guys ligs being more tight than another guys, therefore, growth happens at different weights.

One thing I think is a great equalizer though is the amount of time being hung each day. We all have to find a way for more hang time.

I’m currently hanging 10lbs BTC 2 sessions a day at 45min each. I don’t really notice much fatigue during the set but I do notice some acheyness right after I remove the weight.

So you are using a vac hanger then?

I would warm up with fowfer/las stretches. Then hang. Thats what I normally do. I think I have had good results. I dont measure as I am in it for the long run but my unit feels bigger and thicker. I also ULI between sets to get blood flowing.

Same as roots. What hanger are you using?


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

The first thing you notice is your BPFSL will increase. It can happen in spurts, but not necessarily. I see from another post that your starting girth is about 5.75”. Some guys who start thicker require more weight and time than average to get hanging fatigue.

I am using an LG. Have tried taking things slow in order to do things right. I see most progress too fast. I did get a couple blisters a while back which is another reason I’m taking it slow. Not sure if I should stick with 10 a while or increase. I don’t feel the need to decrease weight but like I said earlier I’m pretty achey for a bit afterwards. Morning wood is still good but I do feel like I’ve lost some sensation. Could be numerous things but thats something id like to work on increasing as well.

Are you wrapping your glans in some way? I hear this allows you to go heavy with the LG without experiencing the majority of the negative effects of high vacuum.

Anyway, if you are experiencing discomfort you are probably generating enough of a stretch. Especially if you are sore afterward.

Yea I’m wrapping with the coban tape. Its actually pretty comfortable, or as comfortable as you can imagine hanging weights from your dick lol.

Is there any downside to taking it super slow? Like it gives your body too much time to adapt and its better to shock it in some way? Obviously not progressing too quickly.

I am interested in the LG. Maybe you can progress faster than with the bib but it also requires time to get used to for all your tissues.

Are you cut? What is the reason you got the LG? Tell me when you feel you work well the internals :)

I’m cut. Had a bib and after a few weeks got hurt using it. Too much room for error. The lg is a lot more user friendly imo

Vac hangers definitely have a much easier learning curve, especially for uncut guys.
