Hanging weight and noticed progress
I’ve done plenty of research and have been hanging for about 4 months. Havent made much progress. Am up to 10lbs about 90mins a day. Its known that you need at least 10 hours a week and a lot of people said they started noticing they started gaining around the 10lb mark. I’m curious as to what that means. Gains come so slow so when its nnoticed does that mean theres a spurt of growth around that time? Just trying to figure out how you know you start gaining at a certain weight. I don’t feel a ton of fatigue during the set, some discomfort which I believe is good. When I remove the weight I do feel a bit achey/sore.
