Hanging vs Stretching - something doesn't make sense
Hoping one of you experienced hangers can explain this theory to me. I’ve read many posts on several forums where it’s a bad thing to have gaps between hanging sessions, i.e. try your best to hang every day with no breaks. The explanation is that your penis will get stronger rather than longer since the tissues would not be under constant deformation. That part I get, about the constant deformation. What I don’t get is the part about “stronger rather than longer” and why you can’t take breaks.
Maybe I am wrong and simplifying it too much (correct me if I am) and see hanging as nothing more than a device enabled stretch. You could do the same with your hands but hanging provides a more constant and more consistently applied force so (from I’ve read and what I experience myself) it’s more effective. Now, if a guy stops manual stretching for a bit, it’s no big deal and he’s even encouraged to take breaks. Why the difference with hanging, since again, it’s nothing more than a stretch with weights?
I’m an advocate for constant PE with as few breaks, if any, as possible, but I am a little confused on this one about hanging …
