My recent girth gain as a result of manual V stretches had me thinking. I was wondering how much force I was applying. This had me thinking of hanging. So now I’m wondering if anyone does some kind of hanging V-stretch.
If I had thought of this a few weeks ago I probably would have tried it out. But I’m trying to stick to the newbie routine. I used the search function and the threads that I found are old and have few responses. So I was wondering if anyone has any information on this exercise.
