I would like to hang any where from 3 sets of 20min to 6 sets of 20 min, but the thing that really bothers me is that wrapping plus the process of adjusting my hanger so that i can hang pain free is almost impossible. It would take many trial and error, and I often find my self spending 3 hours only getting in 2 solid sets of 20 min. Can experienced hangers help and give me some advise, the biggest problem i have is I can never really get all the blood out of my head which results in a bulge of my head while hanging. Another problem i have is I alway feel that the hanger rest right on top of the ridge of my head, which I read could cause damage. I attach the hanger as close to my pubic bone as possible but it always manages to slide down and it alway seem to just stop on the ridge of my head.
