Ok so as a newbie on here and reading as many blogs as I have it appears that hanging is a sure way to increase length.
I can’t rembere the chaps name but he had a goats head for a avatar.
With his written background on tissue, tenders and ligaments he appears to be all for the hanging option as the way forward.
Now I fully appreciate the benefits of jelqing and pumping which is what I have started on as my best option and manual stretching which for sure takes it out if your arms !!
However being married it would feel quite strange for the wife to walk in on me to find 8lbs of lead hanging of the old man.
Where as my wife sleeps really heavily, allows for jelqing and pumping at night while she lays beside me to be straight forward with no concerns, where as standing at the end of the bed hanging lead would for sure startled her !!

So how often is hanging required to really make benefits and ever more important

What can I buy to clamp over my penis which will allow hanging ( quick release )
Which does not require wrapping..

All suggestions welcome please

There is no sure way for gains. Those who swears for one method of the other, are just people who don’t know enough.

If you are strict with time and have to pick up only one thing, jelqing is the way to go. Not fancy, not hitting our primordial chords, but simple and effective and working all around your penis. Jelqing is to PE what deadlifting is for weight lifting.

Straight forward advice .thanks.

Just I think the muscles in my arms will benefit quicker than my dick.. Or am I doing it wrong ?

I personally don’t like any manual PE. I opnly use tools. Just my personal preference. You can gain from either with consistency and dedication.

The quickest release hanger I know is the VacHanger3. I can take that off the most quickly. I use it with water instead of wrapping materials. Water works the best. As vacuum pressure increases with the weight you hang the water applies more pressure to your glans working to prevent fluid build up or discoloration. Water is the only way to no have to wrap. Of course though you have to deal with water and drying off your penis a bit or accidentally spilling water. So whether you wrap or use water it takes a little bit of time to remove and put away.

The best compression style hanger in my opinion is TheGrippingTrainer. You have to wrap with this though and I wouldn’t consider it quick release but there aren’t any quick release hangers anyways. Not only can it be used for hanging.

Is the Gripping Trainer a lateral compression hanger or a top bottom hanger? To me it appears to compress on the top and bottom of the shaft. How far back from the glans do you position it?

It looks like it could have been a prototype for the length master.

Top bottom which I like. Although it could be used laterally with a good wrap in place. When I have tried later with various hangers my penis sort of twist on its own so that the hanger would end up clamping top bottom anyways.

I have used TheGrippingTrainer both directly over the glans and below the glans at varying distances. It has a smaller chamber then the LengthMaster which allows for such variable placement. I have made video showing applying it over the glans and below the glans. It can be attached close to the base as well for expressive stretches. For bundled stretches closer to the glans is better. I like using it for bundled stretches before and hanging session

Yeah it is basically a homemade LengthMaster it seems. It marketed for “grip” strengthening
