Hanging the same amount as extending?

Most extenders use an “optimal” force of around 600-900 grams of tension for 8+ hours a day; they estimate that after 1000-2000 hours you can gain any were from 0.5-1.0inch. If I were to use a low weight vacuum hanger (so as to not cut off circulation) for the same amount of time with the same amount of weight.. Would I see the same results?

I don’t see why not. It will not be simple to hang 3+ hours per day, why not using an extender at this point.

My job involves a lot of moving with little sitting down time. I have tried using an extender but it became a nuisance. I think it will be a lot more simple than you think, I was thinking of using montys PE weights along with the phallosan bell + pump to stop the weights from slipping off.

Get or make a vac hanger and find something to attach to the end that weighs 1lb and wear it all day. I use a bottle of water but you need something more like a 1lb socket or something cylindrical that’ll attach to it. Look at the vac hanger and think of something that’ll look like a socket and go from there.

I see you have gained well mate, are you still gaining? Would you please explain us what methods gave you those gains and how? Thank you

Tried this approach and didn’t see any gains from it after a few months of trying. Only started seeing gains when I upped the weight to a decent level. Although I had already gained quite well from extending and other methods, so newbie gains might be more possible using this approach.

1000 gr. is equivalent to about 2.3 lbs. Accordingly, you would have to find weights totaling this amount to hang from your “vacuum cap”. I did this using deep sea fishing weights in combination with a VacExtender (V3) cap. I found that the cap with the silicone sleeve chafed the skin of the shaft and bruised the glans due to the swinging of the hanging weights. After a few weeks of trying the weights, I had to quit due to the “injuries” as described above. The swinging weights are significantly more uncomfortable than the static tension of the extender.

What weight did you reach before gains occurred? Also could you use the same approach but with higher weights once you became accustomed I.e, 10lbs for 3 hours in one day?

Yeah. Would be great knowing your experience, how much did you gain with each method? Did you do manuals first? Any link?
I see you are a new member. Where have you been?

You mentioned Monty’s PE site. Why don’t you just hang 1hr per day with the wench kit from his site? I have gained nearly 1/2 inch so far in only 6 wks hanging with 10lb.
