Hello.

From chatting with Bib he says the key is consistency. He suggested I try to hang 7 days a week for the best results. Taking days off toughens the penis and doesn’t result in gains. It also makes future gains harder. So I will be doing some traveling this summer and I cannot always have my hanger with me. What are the best substitutes for hanging that will have a similar effect and will prevent me from regressing as much.

I would be interested in an extender or ADS. Something discrete for travel would be ideal.

Obviously manuals are an option. If this is your suggestion, what manuals/routine would you recommend? I am only focused on length right now.

If you’re reading this and have some insight, please do me the favor and comment. It seems like a big community but there aren’t that many commenters these days. Much appreciated.


03/2018: BPEL 5", MEG 4.4375". 05/2020: BPEL 6.1875", MEG 4.4375".

11/2020: BPEL 6.4375", MEG 4.5".

Short term goal: BPEL 6.5", MEG 4.75". Long term goal: BPEL 7", MEG 5".

Vac extender.. Pretty comfy and easy to use, would keep you extended all day long.. Good option in my opinion

Long manual stretches, fulcrum stretches, Xeno’s Sumo squat stretch and bucking bronco stretch. Mattersofsize forum had a member, Bluewhale, came up with 2 exercises called the Mandingo stretch and the Mother of All Lig stretches. The above will work incredibly well. Also you could attach Bib and perform manual stretches with it.

Personally I wouldn’t travel with an extender on no matter how comfortable it was, I would be paranoid constantly.

I wouldn’t over think it, just fit in some stretching sessions and when ever you go to the toilet get into the habit of doing a few stretches.
