Hanging straight down not better

I been searching in threads and cannot find answer, sorry if its a big time newbie question. I made a homemade hanger and it bends my head upwards as opposed to straight down. Which is more effective and why?

You didn’t tie a piece of string around it and attach a brick on the other end did you?

Its complicated. But whats better straight down or doesn’t matter?

None of the commercial hangers bend your unit like that so I would say straight down is better.

Remember good hanging routine should give you some gains within three months. If you not gain at least 0.3” in three months then you might be doing something wrong.

I wouldn’t be too sure hanging with a kink in your penis would be a good idea.

Not it would be a very very bad idea. Can’t believe no one said that sooner.

I’m not sure all that many read his posts after the 10 threads a minute debacle.

But yeah I can’t picture a way that he could be hanging with the head pointing up without having a sharp kink in the penis.

Are you sure about that? I think there is a post by Bib confirming that the head is at a slight upward angle while using the Bib hanger. In that same post, Bib says that it is nothing to worry about.

We need to know where the focal point of the hanger is ie. Where the hanging string/chord is attached. If it’s attached underneath your penis (on the CS) then it’s going to put a lot of strain on the dorsal veins, arteries and nerves. Pressure on these points would also cause your glans to point up.

If it’s like a bib or other hangers where the focal point is on the sides of the penis then there shouldn’t be too much problem (IMO).

We need to see the hanger to give you an accurate answer. Based on what I assume I would say the way you’re doing it is bad.
