Hello all

I am hanging BTC the last week. Noticed something that I don’t like and need your help.
While hanging my penis is squeezing. I don’t know how to describe better but I will try. A simple explanation might be that although the base of the penis is at the position it should be the head is looking at the back. Hope I made you all understand. I think I wouldn’t be able to describe it even in my native laguage.
Anyway, I’d like to know if this happens to anyone else and if it affects gains.
Additional information. I use vac hanger, but I don’t think its aproblem of the hanger rather than of the weights.

Think of a sponge. How do you remove all the water out of a sponge using both hands. You keep one side with your left hand and the other side with your right hand. You then move forward one hand and the other babackward. Now bring the image of the sponge in your mind. Thats what my penis looks like when hanging.

Can not think of a better example.

Yes exactly. It twists alot. I think it happens because the weight are twisting.

The weight is twisting…when i did hang i found if the hanger did twist it was because the weight was uneven.

If you are saying that your penis does not twist inside the hanger and that just the hanger twists or rotates a little, then I get that too. I think that is because one side of my tunica is tighter than the other. I have a slight left curve. In my case the left side of my tunica is shorter than the right. For me the hanger rotates counter-clockwise.

Hello all and thanx for you responses.

SheLovesIt, the weights are rotating. I found a solution to my problem. I used piece of rope approximately 50cm which I tied it on the weights. I hold in my hand the other end and somehow it keeps it stable (90%). Bad thing I have only one hand free which is not a good thing because during hanging (BTC) I am reading books and its hard to turn the page. Advise: read while hanging you can’t believe how fast time goes by. One reason I believe that my penis twists is because I try to place my flaccid exactly in the center between my balls. Now imagine that between the balls and your anus there is something there. I think its the kegel muscle but it feels more like a nerve. Well since that nerve is very thin my flaccid twists to the left or the right. Now that I use that piece of rope as already said the problem is 90% solved.
Another issue.I hang approximately 15lbs (7kg.) but feel almost on my ligs. Is that normal or not? I discussed this also with Bigger in his forum but a few opinions more are acceptable. Actually I start to feel something after the 20 minutes close to 30 minutes and as you guessed its the time to remove the weights. Anyone ever felt like that? Is it normal not to feel anything on the ligs and still gain?

Hey Willing I also hang 7kg but usually SD as a pose to BTC.. You are right that your twisting problem might come from trying to hang between your balls. Some suggestions:

- Rather than use your hand to hold the rope, tie it to something like the arm of your chair (if you sit on one). That way you can use both your hands again and turn pages on your book ;)
- Hang SD instead, it does almost the same as BTC but maybe it will not twist. So try and move your hang upwards until you finally do not twist!

Also about your ligs problem:

-Sometimes I feel my ligs after 10mins and sometimes I am the same as you so it takes me 20-30mins before I feel my ligs. So if you are trying to stretch your ligs then just stay as long as you can. What I mean is that if it takes 10mins for me to feel my ligs then I stop after 20mins (that gives me 10mins of lig stretching).. If it takes longer then I stay longer, sometimes I stay 40mins hanging and I know that 20mins is supposed to be the best but I only feel my ligs after 20-30mins so I need more time! My hanger stays good and I do not get any cold or numb feeling in my penis head so I think everything is perfect.
- The only reason I stop is because my ligs hurt or usually because my skin stretching hurts, otherwise I keep going!

Thank for your response. I did it yesterday. I tied the rope in the chair leg.
When you say SD you mean obviously Straight Down. To be honest I find SD very boring because I have nothing else to do while hanging. I did it in the past but was not consistent at all. I did it with more than 7kg (approximately 9kg). 2 days ago I decided to end my sessions with SD. I just do it the last 5 minutes before removing the hanger. Its not exactly SD. I give my body several angles and trying to realise which one is stretching my ligs more.
By the way which hanger do you use? I use a modified (by myself) vac hanger.
I have been advised by Bigger and others in the forums to keep it only for 20 minutes but my sessions last 30 minutes. I am afraid to exceed 30 minutes but will definitely try it. How long have you been into hanging? Have you realised any real gains out of it?

Yes I mean straight down. I also want to go up in weight but need to buy some weights first!. It sounds to me like you are doing fine as long as you are targeting your ligs. I use a home made wench to hang with, I tried a vac hanger but it would not take the weight.

Maybe bigger is right, but as long as my ligs are stretching and I don’t get cold, numb or pain then I stay hanging. I find I am a very slow gainer, I have been hanging for 3 months. The 1st month was straight out and OTS which was useless then the past two months have been SD and some SO. I gained 0.2” in the two months and for me that is great! The lig stuff is working so I hope it does for you too
