Hey Willing I also hang 7kg but usually SD as a pose to BTC.. You are right that your twisting problem might come from trying to hang between your balls. Some suggestions:
- Rather than use your hand to hold the rope, tie it to something like the arm of your chair (if you sit on one). That way you can use both your hands again and turn pages on your book ;)
- Hang SD instead, it does almost the same as BTC but maybe it will not twist. So try and move your hang upwards until you finally do not twist!
Also about your ligs problem:
-Sometimes I feel my ligs after 10mins and sometimes I am the same as you so it takes me 20-30mins before I feel my ligs. So if you are trying to stretch your ligs then just stay as long as you can. What I mean is that if it takes 10mins for me to feel my ligs then I stop after 20mins (that gives me 10mins of lig stretching).. If it takes longer then I stay longer, sometimes I stay 40mins hanging and I know that 20mins is supposed to be the best but I only feel my ligs after 20-30mins so I need more time! My hanger stays good and I do not get any cold or numb feeling in my penis head so I think everything is perfect.
- The only reason I stop is because my ligs hurt or usually because my skin stretching hurts, otherwise I keep going!
