Hanging SO. Hanging SD hurts like hell!!!

That is odd, hanging SD has never hurt me in anyway. It was uncomfortable the first few time I used it, but that’s all.

That’s right. You attach it permanently to the ankered end and calibrate your bungi from it.

When you really want to put the pressure on while SO put your thumb on the top of your shaft and push down into a 90 degree fulcrum. Then to add another diamention if you twist your hipps left or right just put your thumb on the inside and whala.. you’ve got a OTL fulcrum. Either of those can get pretty intense.

And this is the reason hanging SD is the preferred method, the areas requiring the most resistance cannot be effectively weakened with a force that hits at 90 deg or SO.

For those that would like to keep the natural upward arch that begins at the pelvis, the SO stress will not distroy. SD does so naturally. What we are intending here is to stretch the Ligament in the same direction that it lays naturally and is the natural position during erection. Although SD does provide gains overall SO provides gains in the natural composition.

Far be it from me to tell others that one exercise is superior to another. These are my opinions and my not apply to anyone else.

FWIW, I don’t like SO for anything. Too many tissues support the load in that position. You’re better off targeting one area at a time. Isolating becomes more important the farther you progress in your PE career.

For newbie hangers, working into BTC and spending some time there is a good way to get whatever length gains you can out of your ligs.
