Hanging SO?

So I really want to try hanging SO(laying face down on two tables[on jelq rest days]), but I don’t want to waste my time. I was wondering if anyone well informed on the subject of hanging on here could tell me if hanging SO would be ineffective or not. I practice “Subliminal PE” ALOT, and, SO hanging was just a thought that popped up laced with intuition of response, but I am attempting to consult experts on the subject before acting upon it, so if anyone well informed on penile anatomy and PE could share their opinion I would be very grateful. :]

I say use an eye hook screw and pulley under a desk. That way you can multi task, watch tv, play video games, read, etc while you hang. I see you getting bored quick laying on two tables plus it probably won’t be comfortable

Ha thanks for your concern :]. but I would only use free weight if I could :|. I guess no one here knows much about hanging SO like that????

Serious starting point: Nov. 2, 2009/BPEL 5.75 x 4.75 inches.

Current BPEL 7 1/2 x 5.5 inches.

Goal: BPEL 8 x 6 inches. Hell, if I hit 8, I'm going for 9!

A single pulley doesn’t diminish the weight, only changes the direction of the force. As a lifter I understand wanting to use free weights but I do think the pulley under a desk is the best way to go. Plus you can meditate, multi-task or do whatever while you hang. Since hanging weights usually involves hours per week and the way you’re thinking about setting up would be tedious and complicated to both make any adjustment and monitor your penis; the pulley would be a better option.

Haha, yes I suppose there are multiple downsides to laying face down on a table for three hours a day ha. But yes due to weight training, I don’t believe in redirecting force. Thanks for the help though! :>, aways away anyway.

I’m new to hanging, and I did SO w/ my iron board. It felt so good, I wish I had a table a little higher so it can even out. It felt like an extender but w/ a better pull.

You did it standing up?

I’ve had this notion for a while that hanging SO like that could be something worth doing. What my idea is would be to have a way to lay flat on your stomach and hang with a light weight, probably with a vac attachment instead of a compression attachment. Doing this for 3-6 hrs a day. The idea is to use gravity and the “pooling” of blood to keep the ding-dong slightly fuller while stretched.

Of course comfort would be something required for this to work. Maybe something like a massage table modified to allow your ding-dong to hang through a hole while you nap?

This would also be more of a “linear” approach using a less (weight) is more so as to be able to safely do it for long periods. Besides it’s a great excuse for a nap!

Interesting idea. The gravity effect on increased blood engorgement is intriguing. Imagine doing that and getting a massage at the same time. Especially massaging the legs upward toward the center of the body to further increase blood and lymph flow.

Yeah, but I I I’m trying to find a more effective way to do this. I’m glad I came across your thread, because I want to learn longerstretch’s set up. The vacuum cylinder is probably the next item I’ll get.

I’m thinking the benefit would come from the constant light stretch by gravity. When you look at the typical flaccid hang the ding-dong on smaller or average dudes sorta lays on top of the nuts. Now on bigger dudes gravity seems to always keep a fuller flaccid being pulled slightly all the time. With the increased engorgement all of the time this could also be why larger flaccid dudes grow less when hard than their smaller brothers. Showers seem to grow less than 50% while growers often double or more when hard.

This where I think the flaccid state as we think of it needs some better defining. When I see most larger guys (like in porn or the locker room) their “flaccid” state seems fuller, plumper if you will, than growers whose ding-dongs seem truly 100% flaccid and seem to have lighter density than the big boys.

I think that may be why once someone’s PE progress has them at a substantially larger flaccid gravity is now more consistently helping maintain a pull growth seems to help maintain gains. All conjecture without much experience but the mechanics seem sound as to this notion.

Well i’ll see your progress on my log, really wanna try SO but have no cases to study.
