Hanging SO?

The point here is then you hang SD and or BTC ti stretched the top of the ligs which does make your flaccid look better but it also lowers your erection posture. If your doing SO from a standing position you can incorporate OTL’s left and right just by twisting the hips. You don’t have to stay there very long, you can feel the stretch to the outer edges of the ligs which weakens them and then allows the SO position to be more effective. We’re talking about the principle of divide and concur. It does work.

I remember reading most guys who hang SD and BTC like to swing the weights so they get a similar effect. I don’t know if even Bib used to swing

Makes sense Monty, thanks for your post. Im doing some ” BTC ” stretches under the left right leg which I found very stretchy at the base. Bundled even nicer.

Oh yeah swinging is fun. but is rather limited in it’s overall affect because it isn’t capable of enough stress to the outside of the ligs. OTL is more acute in its angle related to SO as it applies 90 degrees of stretch.

Mounting a system of pulleys or bungees to make upper angles is rather impossible if you got little privacy, however a pulley at you desk makes a good stealth SO

One thing you might try is get a door bracket so you can hang behind a closed door. The bracket will provide the opportunity to hang not only at crotch level but within seconds you can have an eye level anchor for SU hanging. Thanks monty. You really like the idea of moving up the angle if gains don’t come or stop instead of moving up in weight right?

Yeah, as long as my gains continued by applying angles and fulcrums then there was no reason to increase weight.

I ended up gaining 2” over 14 months without going over 20lbs. Hindsight is perfect, I could probably do the same 2” today with even less weight.

Would you be classified as an easy gainer to have gotten that much that quickly?

No, I consider myself rather typical. What I managed to accomplish was continuous gains on a per hanging set basis.

Statistically what I found was that even though I would have interruptions in my routine that the gains per hanging set remained the same, I attributed that to the use of rings on a daily basis. They acted as an insurance policy against plateau’s. What my statics showed was on a month to month basis depending on the number of heavy hanging sets I accomplished that the gains per set was always the same, month to month.

Apart from rings and hanging with a bib. Did you do anything else like jelqing?
