You ask what weight range was more effective. What has to be considered here is what your referencing. My Rings as an ADS or my heavy hanging weight.

After utilizing a set of rings as an ADS which would provide some gains in length, I advise to start hanging SO

The weight I recommend is to start with about 5 lbs and utilize that until gains slow down or stop.

It’s important to measure accurately so you know when it is justified to increase weight rather then add a variation to the hanging routine.

I found that I could go a couple of months without increasing hanging weight when I applied angles and fulcrums to my routine, all the while steadily gaining length with the same weight.

I changed because I realized that SD or BTC hanging lowered your erection posture.

SO with a Bungee doesn’t affect erection posture. Actually there are many other advantages to SO hanging.

Faster gains, long term girth increase. less negative EQ affect.

I know a guy who gained well hanging SO after two years of 0gains with manuals, longerstretch. But how can you assure that SO brings faster gains?

What do you thing it’d happen if you hang SD and SO randomly from set to set or from day to day?

Well you can try what you want. I just didn’t want to see my erection posture affected negatively.

What I experienced was a very steady month after month amount of gains with the combination of heavy hanging and my ADS used daily.

2” in 14 months. If I were to start over today I know i could do better then that. I had one customer who gained that much in 8 months. He was doing some serious numbers of hanging sets during the day. I had to work so I couldn’t match his accomplishment. I could only get in 2 or 3 20 minute sets per day before the wife and kids got home and not everyday either.

Dang. I could easily get in 3 hours per day five days a week before family time. I would love to match that 2” gain. Maybe I should switch to hanging if that’s all it would take. The weenie is already conditioned pretty good, I’d think. Whatcha think Monty?

WOW, AMAZING!!!!!! I was wondering if using my computer chair to lay my weights across it, while laying on the corner of my bed is good for SO? It sure feels good, except it’s not completely SO. This is the only method that I have until I can get a drill and a flat L bracket. Congrats on your gains.

The erection posture, could you expand on that?

What does happen? Is there an instability when erect or does it “just” change the angle where it points?
Is it a lig problem?

And is there any possiblity to counter this? I would think a thicker basse would maybe help there..
