Hanging SO?

I think that is high, without being very high. Longerstretch got most of his gains hanging SO

black jack: SO is considered not low and not high. It is SO. If you want to guarantee that you’ll maintain your erection posture I would suggest doing SU along with SO hanging.

Monty, have you gained from hanging SO and/or SO traction? I always thought about it should gain since people claim gaining from extenders and it would just be intense extending. Been thinking about doing that and extending.

In my experience extending has two negatives: one is that the stress is limited, two: Extenders are not intended to be ADS’s as you can’t be comfortable in a pair of pants in front of people. They’re just not very compact or stealthy.

Never heard of SO traction. :confused:

No I think what he meant was if hanging straight out would be better then an extender since extenders are limited in how much stress they put out.

And what can you tell about days off Monty?

What would be a normal daily routine?

I didn’t worry about days off because the rings were the insurance policy against the consequences of a lack of consistency.

I could get in 2 or 3, 20 minute sets during the week before my wife and kids got home. Generally didn’t do anything on weekends.

I mean traction applied to the penis at the SO angle. Particularly, I would like to hang laying on two tables so the weight applies traction at an SO angle. Was basically just asking if you’ve gained from anything similar. Done it a couple of times and I knowi’m gonna need some more weights ha, unless lig stretch hanging is the only hanging thats suppose to be painful.

Interesting. Got very good gains just hanging like 5h a week. Did you also get most of your gains from lower angles? What weight range you’ve found more effective?

I never did lower angles, I didn’t want to loose erection posture.

You ask what weight range was more effective. What has to be considered here is what your referencing. My Rings as an ADS or my heavy hanging weight.
