I was wondering if anyone new of a good hanging schedule. I read bibs post that said he hung for more than 4 hours a day and that he had a 5inch increase. I want to have a dramatic increase as well, I know consistancy is the key to any gains. My question is what specific schedule would be the best? I also pm’ed an experienced hanger who told me he would hang everyday, or at least 10 hours a week. I want to gain an inch in 2-6 months, what should I do?
