Hey guys, I may be posting in the newbie forum but that is due to a lack of posts.
I’ve been hanging for about 6 months consistently, and didn’t see any gains. Only recently did I realize that my technique has been wrong; being an uncut guy, I chose to use a vacuum system. However, whenever I set up the hanging I DIDN’T pull my foreskin all the way back. Recently I started doing it and can now feel it much more in my internal ligs, as opposed to the external muscle/skin. Due to this I’ve also noticed that the weight I can handle is significantly decreased.
My concern is, due to my previous bad habits are my ligs too tough now to get any benefit from proper hanging technique? I guess only time will tell but I was hoping some vets had knowledge of how this would affect my future progress.
Start: 5.50" x 4.60"
Now: 6.70" x 4.80" (Goal: 8.00" x 6.00")
