Last week I hung 10 lbs for the first time and I reached fatigue in the 3rd set. I took a break of 3 days off and today i have hung 10lbs for 7 sets already and still there is no fatigue. Should I keep weight at 10 lbs or should I increase weight? Another thing I was wondering was whether Bib reached fatigue early on in the day when he was hanging all day or if he didnt reach fatigue towards the end of the day. Or maybe he reached fatigue immediately, this is just something Im interested in. Also another thing im interested in is the riding out the fatigue as long as possilbe the next time i reach it. Would it be healthy to reach reach fatigue every single day for a month?
