First of all I wanna say hi to all of you and say thank you for reading and hopefully replying.
So here’s the deal - I’ve been hanging for almost a month from now.My hanging routine is:
3x20 mins V-hanging (like v-stretches but hanging)
2 hours of ADS
2 days on , 1 day off
My LOT is 7:30
And my hanging device is home made Captains wench device.
For that 30 days of hanging I’ve gained 0,3 inches in EL and a little more in FEL.
So these are my questions:
1)Should I have started hanging below my LOT (like BTC hanging)?If yes should I change it now?
2)Is it enough 2 hours of wearing ADS (should I wear it more?)?
3)Is it pernicious for gains if I take a longer break than 48 hours?
4)How frequently should I increase the weight?
5)Do you think I should change my routine at all?
