Hanging Question

I read through alot of hanging friends and got so many different points of views that I am confused. Could someone please give me a solid base of how long I should hang every-day to get good gains? I have 4 days off a week and work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week. Would I gain doing 3 hours in the morning and 3 at night for 4 days, Then an hour for the 3 days I work? Let me know thanks!

I’m sure something would happen. Are you already used to hanging? If your new to hanging that is a lot of time.

I think you would gain very well with that approach, but this is something that you need to build up to over time.

For now, 3 X 20 minute sets are more than enough. Your soft tissue is not prepared for heavy weights, so take it slowly. Start with low weights and slowly increase.

Add an ADS to the equation (I would not hang without one) and you will probably reap good gains just from this.

Increase weights and sets slowly so that you get as much gains as you can for the least amount of effort. Save the extra power for later.

The only thing I recommend is that you hang consistently every day. Chose the routine that you can do consistent. Even if it means hanging just one set on some days.

Whats the best type of ADS to use with this? I was thinking of monty’s weights because I tried the penimaster before. Although its good, I just get sick of having to constantly check on it and the feeling. I want something that isn’t such a nuisance.

I have mixed opinions on Monty’s weights. I used to think that wearing them for extended periods could lead to gains but he and others suggest not to think that would be the case. But rather, they aided in helping the penis to heal in the extended state. If that is true, I’m not sure I can justify paying significantly more for those weights compared to inexpensive golf weights.

Would it be bad to do 3 hours of hanging in them orning and at night? I hung years ago, and want to just get right back to it. I need these gains!

I’ve been manually stretching for 4 weeks as hard as I possibly can. In morning with hot shower for 20 min. Then every 3 or 4 hours I will just go to bathroom and spend 5 min stretching to reduce loss of gains (although I don’t warm up these times).

I’m a pretty strong guy so I’m able to apply a very strong amount of force when I stretch. The question is, I’m not sure if the manual stretching would be equivalent to a heavy hanging weight or not. Iv read that hanging too heavy too fast can reduce potential for gains. Does anyone think that it would work the same with hanging?

I’m starting with the bib this week and am afraid that I will have to start very heavy due to so much high pressure stretching. Can I still get better results out of hanging, now that I have stretched so super hard for a whole month? Side note, my length has increased because now the head just passes the bellybutton when erect and before it didn’t. But when I measure I am the same length.

You need to go to bibs forum and read how hanging works. Its all about breaking the strands and causing deformation. Less is better is applied here. However, some people have gained doing a few heavy sets a day. But more have gained with less weight over periods of time in my opinion. Including myself.

If you have done manual work for only 4 weeks, it would be silly to start hanging IMO.

If you do start hanging anyway, you need to approach it like every one else starting with hanging: low weights, low sets and increase these two slowly.

I`m amazed at how little knowledge many guys accumulate before they start hanging weights from their dick or other PE exercises.

3 hours AM and 3 hours PM will damage your dick for sure. Many people only think about gains and forget about EQ then after damage the dick they end up staying months without P.E and lose back all the gains they work so hard for.

Again many people think hanging for hours will give faster gains, just because it happened to bib does not means is the right way to do it. By the way Bib always refuses to show pictures of his dick.Why? Then he sell bib’s hanger? For me bib’s gains sounds too commercial and marketing strategy,

I hang heavy weights for only 15min AM & PM followed by 15min dry jelq and 400 kegels. Then add ADS for at least 6 hours daily

My EQ never been better, and the gains are keeping coming started 5.2 inches now 6.4, I have been only 4 1/5 months in this routine. In addition I am taking supplements cayenne pepper, ginger powder and arginine.

That is all you need to keep healthy EQ and getting reliable gains.

Exactly how heavy are your weights? And what angle are you using?

horsedick99 that may be true for you. But if that routine worked for everyone wouldn’t everyone be doing it?

Very few people recommends ‘heavy hanging’. Not saying that it can’t work, just that the ‘mainstream’ hanging routine is using low or medium weigths for long time, doing multiple sets.

If you are a pretty strong guy, it will be very, very hard to find a hanger which you can use more force with, compared to your hands.

Out of curiosity, if you are having gains through manual stretching, why changing?
