I read through alot of hanging friends and got so many different points of views that I am confused. Could someone please give me a solid base of how long I should hang every-day to get good gains? I have 4 days off a week and work 12 hour shifts 3 days a week. Would I gain doing 3 hours in the morning and 3 at night for 4 days, Then an hour for the 3 days I work? Let me know thanks!
