I think you can have good gains hanging 1-2 hours daily. Hanging 6 hours daily will be possible only using very low weigths, I guess, at this point using an ADS/extender is a better idea, IMHO.

Second that question. I am a hanging fan; but, if manual is giving you gains don’t change anything.

Figure 3 hours invested in hanging equates to 2 actual hours with weights hanging off of your dick. It is very important to not skip the unwrapping, massage/heat, re-wrap phase of your hanging routine. 5 days a week of that gives you 10 hours of hang time per week, which is where most guys start to really benefit. I understand that isn’t your schedule but it should give you an idea of a workable hanging routine.

If you do go with hanging don’t use all the available time you have for it at first. Ease into things and learn how to do it safely. Some of hangings biggest gainers have hung for crazy amounts of time every week so I am not going to say that doesn’t work. But that is not how you want to start out.

Hey Uplink. Here is the hanging part of my PE routine that you requested me to post in your thread. Keep in mind that my style of hanging is a little different then the norm with me attaching the hanger close to base and hanging in the straight up angle by laying down on my back with my pulley system.

The hanging part of my routine is done from Monday through Friday and is as follows.

Morning session: 3 twenty minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 25 pounds
Lunchtime session: 1 twenty minute set of tunica/inner penis hanging with 25 pounds
Evening session: 1 twenty minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 25 pounds


(Starting size) (NBPEL: 8 Inches), (BPEL: 8.5 Inches) (BPFSL: Didn't measure then), (Midshaft Girth: 5.2 Inches), (Base Girth: 5.5 Inches)

Ok so the tunica/inner penis hanging is connecting close to base correct? As far down as you can possibly go and having your knees up? I want to make sure I do this right!

Hey Uplink. Tunica hanging is basically any upwards hanging angle starting form straight out leeding to hanging straight up.

The tunica/inner penis hanging method with the hanger close to the base is just a personal preferance of mine. You don’t have to hang with the hanger close to the base if you don’t want to. It’s just something that I like to do because I’m more concerned with deforming the part of the tunica and connective tissues with in the base and scotum sac.

If I want a thicker base should I hang as far down as possible? I want to go for a tree-trunk look :)

In that case then yeah my hanging method would be perfect for you. I’ve personally gained .3 in base girth with this method.

Keep in mind to that traditional hanging with the hanger attached close to the glans can also increase base girth over time.

I sort of feel like, if I do not manually stretch as hard as possible, I do not feel the stretch any more. That’s why I stretch so hard, because that is the only way I feel that continuous stretch feeling. Today I applied the bib for the first time and placed a 7lb weight, then added some manual force with my hand, and wow, what a stretch to my ligs. Much stronger than manual stretching (7 alone with no hand force was like nothing although). But I was posting on here because I’m not sure if that is going too far. Should I always go for that stretching feeling, so I know it’s in the midst of being stretched, or just keep the tension lower, whether I feel it or not, in order to not go to far with it. I’m just trying to figure out where the limitations are so I can get results out of my efforts. Don’t want to go to strong, don’t want to go to light. But I should be able to feel it out right? What ever “feels” like the right tension as I would imagine it giving me a result, is where I should push it to, right?
