I have to post this question here because I am still not allowed to start a thread in the hangers forum.
My question is how do some of you guys out there hang angle wise when you are trying to focus the stretch on the tunica. I’m thinking about trying to lay face and body down maybe on a bed and a chair thus allowing the weight to hang straight down in between the two.
Do a search and you should get some great results about how to target the tunica.
I am naturally a very low LOT, maybe as low as 6. I guess I should not expect too much length gain from low angle hanging. Maybe I could set up my bed and a chair in such a way as to allow me to lay body and face down and let the hanger drop in between the two.
When I hang I usually stand during the whole time. What I’ll do is bend over in order to get a little bit of a higher angle. When I do I feel stretching on the underside of my penis that I don’t feel when standing upright. It does not feel like skin stretching but interior stretching. It’s not quite pain, but is pretty close. I don’t stay bent over for very long though.
What are some of the ways that guys do high angle hanging. I’ve heard of the rope over the shoulder, is there any other method?
I assume you are familiar with the TGC theory by Remek. Well my thing is that I’m really trying to gain girth, but can’t after a couple of years of jelqing, clamping, etc. According to the theory, I fall perfectly into the category of Tunica as limiting factor. So I am trying to stretch the tunica in order to ultimately make girth gains. Length gains really are not a concern for me, although I’m not against it either.
I am focused on length gains right now so I really haven’t paid much attention to girth exercises. Best of luck to you.

Alternatives include a hook screwed in the underside of your desk or a hook in the ceiling.
Those are both good methods to get some different angles.
I know some people use a milk carton, or something solid to hang OTS—
You can get SO, BTC, and SD—3x different angles just by cutting a 4” PVC pipe in half, then tying it to the front of your chair. I’ve been using this as my primary fulcrum for about 5 weeks now, and I think it works great.
Now—I realize your question is about fatiguing the tunica…
I believe the single best method I have heard of for this is the RSDT Fulcrum
If you feel like you’re not getting enough fatigue & you’re an experienced hanger (or at least you know your limits & you’re ready to try something new), you might want to try an RSDT (Rice Sock Duct Tape) Fulcrum. You basically create a rounded channel for your penis to stretch over a curve by duct taping a small pillow, or something a bit bigger than a standard rice sock. I have read you can fatigue the entire tunica pretty well with this thing—and that it’s extremely intense.
