Hanging question

I was doing some reading on this topic and noticed it said if coldness or blue glans occurred to stop immediately. Is it normal for some coldness to occur as long as theres no numbness and want the glans turn slightly blue with lack of blood circulation?

Believe me, if there is a cold sensation in the glans you have got serious numbness. There is a natural progression of physiological effects that begin taking place as a result of the loss in blood circulation and numbness is one of the first symptoms to occur. The “cold feeling” assuming the rest of your body is in a normative state is the first stage of gangrene. You want to limit your exposure to this condition; if prolonged you can experience some permanent injuries.

Then how do you hang without the glans getting the least bit cold or blue? I didnt wrap too tight and didnt feel any pain.

What kind of hanger are you using? Don’t worry about slight coldness; it’s normal. Just don’t accept any numbness.

Only the glans got slightly cold and blue but I still had feeling in it and there was no pain.

You’re probably doing just fine then. Keep staying alert for numbness and pain at all times.

The reason for coldness is that the hanger is too tight, right? I know you need to have it kinda tight to make sure its stretching the internal penis and not just outter skin.

It can actually be because it’s too loose, making it press on to the glans.

How conditioned for hanging is your unit? If your blood vessels haven’t been stretched yet, you’ll inevitably experience a colder glans.

I used to jelq quite a bit a few years ago then I stopped. Ive only been doing it a few weeks now and only tried hanging once with very light weight.
