Hello guys, I have been doing manual PEing on and off for the past year and I’ve experienced good girth gains(bout 1 to 1.75 centimeters) and about equally the same in girth. I’ve hit a plateau and I would like to start hanging. I do not have time to jelq longer(time constrained college student) but I could feasibly hang for thirty minutes while doing some homework at my desk. I have one main concern: I am uncircumcised and I have heard of varying experiences. Can some knowledgeable people direct me to some prior forums or give me insight on this issue? I have tried to use the search function but to no avail. Thank y’all in advance!

Hi soundwave2x, I am also uncircumcised and have made pretty good gains hanging. In fact, it’s one of my favorite PE exercises. I tried the bib starter and couldn’t get around its learning curve. The thing is very tough, if not downright impossible, to wear without slipping if you’re uncut and hanging any sort of significant weight. My success came from using a vacuum hanger, specifically monkeybar’s hanger. It is a godsend for me. You do not need to hang all that much weight to gain with it. As of right now I am only hanging 7.5 lbs. It has a different sort of pull than the Bib so even though you’re using less weight you will still be able to make some good gains. Just make sure you pull the foreskin back and wrap your glans to improve comfort. I can usually hang up to 1 hour sets before taking a break. I`m curious if the uncut guys who are unsuccessful with the Bib are buying into the myth that hanging is impossible when you`re uncut.

I seriously don`t see the difference hanging cut or uncut. The only difference is that when you`re uncut you have skin covering your head. Actually, if you`re cut, you may have to stretch even more skin.

I restarted hanging again with the Bib 1 month ago. It was uncomfortable with just 1 kg(2lbs) the first few days, but now I`m hanging 3 kg BTC very comfortable. Increasing to 4 kg on Monday.

Don`t start hanging if you can only do 30 minutes per day. It will be to little I`m afraid. 3X20 minutes daily is said to be the bare minimum, even though this is no rule written in stone.

I tried hanging in the past with a very hectic schedule and it killed me. Hanging is not a magic technique for gaining as many believes. It requires hard work over TIME.

If you have some freetime where you watch TV, maybe you could hang when doing that?

Otherwise, stick with a manual routine.

I believe the minimum is a bit higher than 3x20 though. 5 I’d think would be the minimum if you’re trying to reach the recommened 10hr/week. Running it through a calculator, 4 isn’t enough.

Find some privacy to hang, make some, or get creative! I get over half my sets done in the car these days. The other half when I pretend I’m on a phone call in the office!

Do you find if you stretch with the skin over the glans that it creates too much of a skin pull without the internal penis being pulled, as compared to hanging with the skin rolled back that is. I’m still experimenting between the two , as I find I get a better internal penis pull with the skin back but it also means that I have to clamp significantly tighter to prevent the clamp from sliding to the head. I found that the glans of my penis now tend to turn bluish more easily than before. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I prefer to retract the foreskin halfway over the glans while stretching my penis out and wrapping, and smoothing excessive skin towards the base for each turn of wrap.

When I let go of the stretch and things settle, the wrap usually is right behind or slightly in front of my glans. Foreskin covers the head completely, but not excessively.

You still have to stretch skin in certain positions.

I`m doing straight out at the moment and I experience close to zero skin strech. This has forced me to perfect my hanging technique.

Hanging BTC involves more skin stretch and more slack in terms of attachment, because the skin is taking much of ths stretch. Credit to Piet for pointing this out.

I have found that I actually have to attach the hanger closer to the head than what I did in the past. No matter how far back I attach the hanger, it slides forward even though I tight superhard. The reason for attaching it closer to the base was that I was afraid of too much pressure on the head. This logic is however flawed in my experience.

The solution is to attach the hanger about an inch from the head, tighten so that the penis is properly positioned, then lightly pull the hanger forward. Then you may experience that the hanger slides forward on the inner structures and settle so to speak. At this point I tighten as hard as I can. Top gap nearly closed.

The only disadvantage I can think of with uncut hanging, is that with many sets one may experience fluid-buildup in the foreskin that may be experienced as a burning sensation at the end of sets. The solution to that could be shortening the sets to 10-15 minutes at the end of the day.
