Hanging properly question

Hi am new hanger and I use Cap-tn Wench with 6lbs weight..

But I am not sure that I hang right.. All the tension I feel is here(see the picture).. Is it normal ?

From where you circled in the picture, I would say that you are hanging correctly.

If you are hanging straight down, where you circled is correct, that is where the ligaments are.

Lig pull along with skin stretching would create that sensation.

Yes, skin stretch is inevitable especially in the beginning. As long as the ligs get a good pull, then you’re good. But it also has to do with where the hanger/wench is attached. Some may pull their unit out to a considerable stretched length and attach right near the base. But attaching it lower (an inch from the glans) allows for lig and tunica stretch…not just ligs.

Yep, you are targeting your ligs and you will feel it there. Good job!

I’ve began hanging also and I feel it there too. Is there a certain amount of time you should hang throughtout the day? What is a good routine to start of with. I am on my second week and I am hanging 7.5 pounds right now for 3 20min sessions or 2 30 min sessions with 10min break. But I don’t feel like I will get very far. Bib says he would hang from 730-400 everyday. Any ideas?

You have to work up to hanging more time and more weight. I hang 3 hours a day, 20 minute sessions, 10 minute breaks in between. But it takes time for your tissues to adapt and to handle the added weight and time. Keep up what you’re doing and follow your body. If you feel 3 sessions isn’t enough, add a fourth. If you have been hanging 7.5 pounds for more than two weeks, add another 2.5 pounds. Listen to your body.

What means if you feel tension(sore) after streching(and maybe hanging) between the testicles and the anus(perineum) ?

Someone said that I involuntary contracted my BC muscle when I stretched , but I don’t know if that’s the case as I wasn’t very concentrated on that fact, meaning it could be that I wasn’t contracting the BC. I will repeat the experiment and see .

Always a possibility. It sounds like you went beyond your suspensatory ligs and went a little further. Were you doing anything else like bounces or lunges or anything like that? Sounds intense!
