Yeah, don’t you? LOL. No, I meant 100 strokes in a 2 minute period or 200 strokes in a 4 minute period or however long it takes. Ultimately I meant one or the other 2 minutes or 100 strokes.

I wouldn’t call it jacking off. I only jelq going toward the head from the base. But yeah, five minutes is sufficient. Maybe I’m developing OCD. I seem to count everything.

EQ improvement + longer flacid woohoooooow i am growing :) ) my routine will be every day 2 sets x 10 min hanging 5lbs +250 kegels + 5min jelqing between the sets+ADS .. and i will increase the sets slowly every week :P

My last experience is that my flacid is almost 1 inch longer plus it looks thicker i never mesaured flacid girth so i can’t say,,,
But I experiance a little softer head when i am errected.. I also can’t see any Erecet Lenght gains still…
Here is what i did this week and what i felt :)
day 1: 2x10min 5lbs + 2x5min light jelqs between the sets + 250kegels (2-5 hours ADS)
day 2: 2x10min 5lbs + 2x5min light jelqs between the sets + 250kegels(2-5 hours ADS)
day 3: 2x10min 5lbs + 2x5min light jelqs between the sets + 250kegels(2-5 hours ADS)
[today] day 4: 2x10min 2.5lbs + 2x5min light jelqs between the sets + 250kegels ( first i tried with 5lbs but when i started i felt that i am fatigued(ligs pain or skin stretch don’t know) from the last day so i decided to lower the weight.I felt very good internal stretch all the way my dick without pain in the ligs like on 5lbs… after the session my dick was nice and long when flacid

I think i am on the right way :) What would you say?..

You are definitely onto good things. When your unit can’t handle the higher weights, you have reached fatigue and by lowering them, you “rode the fatigue” which means your unit was deforming tissues. If you saw a gain in flaccid, then your erect gains are on the way!

i did 3 days completely off PE.. and now i measured +0.5 cm @ BPEL Plus now my EQ is 9/10 if i rest more it will become 10/10 But i will now start hanging again.. I am glad with my new gain :P

Hello again :D I hung btc for about a month atleast 1hour/day with almost no rest.. and as you see i gained a little..
These days i didnt feel the fatigue on 5lbs like before.I increased the time and the weight.The result:no significant fatigue in the ligs.I decided to check my LOT and it was between 6:40 and 7:00 {{{{{{{the last time i checked my LOT it was between 8:00 and 9:00 (one year ago) }}}}}}}} according to Bib’s LOT Theory

I would caution you on the LOT. Many people think they have a low lot because they judge by complete loss of tug back when really it is the first sign of loss of tug back. Bigger also has 2 other tests on his site that when done together, will correlate with your LOT. I would recommend those before jumping to other methods. You want to be sure to get all of your lig work out of the way before jumping to tunica work.

If your LOT really has dropped that low and you truly have no more to gain from BTC then I would recommend the RSDT fulcrum and maybe some OTS.

i did the tests and my results are
LOT test:6:40-7:00-7:30 = i can’t tell exactly
Mirror test :medium to high exit point
Palpation test:between 3.1 and 3.5inches is this possible? :O

What would you say :D

I would say Mirror and Palpation line up but LOT is off. I think you have a higher LOT than you think. I experienced this myself, thinking my LOT was about 6:30 to 7:00. After it was explained to me that LOT is the FIRST sign, I realized my lot was closer to 8:45 or so, which coincided with my palpation and mirror. BTW - are you using a Bib?

No i am using Captn Wench.. Is it normal to have 3.1-3.5 inches potenial for lig gains as palpations test shows:P

Very normal. Bigger gained almost all of his 4 inches from BTC which typically means he had quite a bit of inner penis. I showed about 2.5 to 3 inches of inner penis myself from the Palp. test.
